ALL DUNKIN DONUTS:They changed there hot cups a little while back. BIG MISTAKE because the new ones leak all over your hands, down the sides of the cup. It is so bad that when I get to work I have to pour the coffee in my own tumbler. The cup is so stained by then that it just looks like you are drinking out of a dirty cup. They need to go back to the old ones, these are not satisfactory to your customers.
Slow service but only a few patrons - why?Plenty of staff but move at a snails pace!From staff wore masks but this making food did not!!Seriously- sign says we must wear masks but food preparers do not??Our breakfast sandwiches were fine but took too many minutes

Long line waiting for coffe. Female server is on cell phone answering texts. Very poor customer service and unprofessional. I frequent this facility often when at Mohegan Sun and service is usually on point. Not today tho'
