Who runs this shop? Place is filthy. Mat outside sticking up so someone could trip going in or out.Lawsuit waiting to happen. My boyfriend said mens room was dirty with black ring on toilet. Building looking sad. If you don't keep your store safe or clean, I would not dare eat or drink anything from your store. DUNKINS FRANCHISE - CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS FOR THIS STORE. ALL BAD. SERVICE SUCKS. CLOSE THIS STORE OR CHANGE OWNERS. Calling health department.

Went there this morning against my better judgment because my order is always screwed up and they take forever. They were decently busy, but it is what it is. Ordered three wake up wraps, the woman sighed, rolled her eyes, asked if that was it, which it wasn’t, I had a large order. So I told her no, there’s quite a bit more and she huffed and puffed, rolled her eyes again and turned her back to me. Made me feel super uncomfortable so I told her forget it and I drove 50 feet down the road to the other Dunkin’ where they were MUCH nicer. Consistently bad experience every time I go here. Unless you’re ordering a bottle of water just drive down the road to the other Dunkin. They’ll be happy to help without screwing it up or making you feel like an inconvenience

I would give zero stars if I could. Hire better people who can actually do the work. Always closing inside and leaving only the drive thru open while having multiple people working because they can't handle both. Really helpful for people on

I live locally rite next to that Dunkin so I try to give them all my business but I have to say they are the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too!!! The guy who took my order today was so miserable he didn’t say one word to me then as usual makes my coffees all wrong. Drank half my coffee yesterday and opened cup and it was full of coffee grinds so I go back and the lady there told me all the coffee had grinds in it so I payed for a iced coffee and sure enough it was made wrong tasted like butter pecan water!! I’m just done with this Dunkin’ Donuts every time I go there I feel like I throw my money in the garbage!!! Avoid this Dunkin at all costs!!!

Got 3 coffees for my family while visiting from maine. Kat and her co-workers made some of the best coffees my family and I have ever had and were hard core Dunkin fans! The team was super friendly and hands down the best! Thanks Kat for the superior service.
This is the worst Dunkin location in the area I think. Been here a number of times and the employees are consistently rude and don’t make the right order. I ordered a cappuccino one time and they just gave me plain burnt iced coffee. Never going here again

I never leave reviews when I have a bad experience somewhere but I’ve been trying to give this location chance after chance and it’s unacceptable at this point. Every time I go here the customer service is horrendous.. they have an attitude, you have to repeat yourself, and they almost always get my order wrong. When I pull up to the window every time I can hear the employees complaining about working and threatening to just walk out. A couple weeks ago I actually went inside to grab a coffee and the woman in front of me was actually an employee not in her uniform just talking to everyone behind the counter while I was ignored and had to wait for her to be done with her conversation.. even the manager came out to talk to her and I still stood there being ignored. This used to be my favorite Dunkin spot.. I don’t know what happened but it’s awful.
