“Moved to the Hartford metro area a little over a year ago, and have begun trying lots of restaurants to try to find our favorites! In an effort to find great pizza after trying over a half dozen pizzerias, we visited Little City at someone's suggestion. We have now been there three times and so far have not been disappointed! All three times, the place was full...a good sign! Their pizza crust is a little more 'crispy' than a NY slice but in a good way, and the thickness is just right! Cheese and sauce - just the right amount according to my wife, although a little more sauce would have been more to my liking. Twice we had young kids with us (5 & 3 yrs), and upon being seated were immediately provided the usual choice of booster or high chair....and crayons with paper to keep us all busy! Clearly a child friendly restaurant. Wait staff have always been very responsive and available as needed. And food came out in a reasonable time, especially considering how busy they were. We probably pass about a dozen pizzerias on our way to Little City. We'll not only be back but this has likely become our go-to place! Enjoy!!“
“I have been picking up pizza here for years. Very friendly staff . I order to pick up after work and my pizza is always ready on time and is fresh and delicious. My favorite is sausage peppers mushrooms and onion. I have also had the ham and cheese grinder and Italian combo grinders. In the summer I pick up a grinder and go to the park nearby on the Farmington River to sit and eat it . Very relaxing .“
“We got lunch at this delightful cafe. I've been wanting to check this place out. It's more than a cafe, they serve delicious sandwiches, pizza, beer, burgers, and premade grab and go food. A few of the grab and go items I noticed were, chicken Parmesan, lasagna, soups, salads, ice cream, and cookies. They also offer pizza and pasta making classes; and catering for weddings and parties.I got The DB Panini which had turkey, bacon, onion, lettuce, tomato, mayo, cheese, and pepper relish; all hot pressed under bread, this was really good with a pickle and chips as sides. My toddler had grilled cheese and my husband had the Little Oak burger, which they both liked. It was a nice day so we sat out on the patio. The inside was very cozy and clean. Frank, the Manager, was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made planning the party for 60 people really simple. They were able to assist with bringing in a Trivia Master and the place looked amazing with the decorations we bought. The food and choices were awesome - everyone raved (get the egg rolls!) and all in all it was the perfect evening. Large onion pizza every time. You just can't get this kind of pizza anywhere else. I've tried. I also tried a few bites of their grinders, because my cousin got an eggplant parm grinder and I was curious. It was amazing. Service is friendly on the inside and there's enough parking on the outside to get in, grab your grub, and get out.“

Ordering was easy especially when it came to customization. We needed it delivered since we were tied up with moving etc. Took a loooong time and was delivered a good 15 minutes after the estimated time (was a 45 min wait for the pizza and delivery). Keep in mind.... Drop off location was less than 4 miles from the shop. That was the only frustrating thing- next time we will 1000% pick up to save time. The pizzas themselves were great! The cheeseburger pizza is my personal favorite but we got the Works and a plain cheese. No complaints with the food.“

“My daughter and I go here often after school or after activities. Most of the staff have great personalities and the restaurant usually isn't too bad as far as cleanliness goes. Sometimes the tables and seats could be a little cleaner but its not terrible. The pizza is really good, reminds me of papa ginos (which is my favorite pizza ever). My daughter loves their mozzarella sticks and their sauces for the wings are my absolute favorite! I love the buffalo barbecue sauce, it's delicious! I wouldn't recommend the chicken wraps though, tried a couple times now hoping the first time was a one off but really not the best item on the menu. Got a nasty stomach ache after both times trying one.“
