This is my first time writing a review for any place - I feel like it’s necessary. I visited Beni’s on 3/25 with my boyfriend. The food was okay, but it’s the poor quality of service that is causing me to write a review. We walked into the restaurant and there was one other party inside, and then one other couple showed up shortly after us. Our waiter was a young Albanian guy (he mentioned he was Albanian to the other party that showed up after us) and immediately we could tell that for whatever reason he just didn’t want us there, and I have no clue why. The waiter barely talked to us and was not at all pleasant to us, basically all he said when he came up to get our drink order was “you want soda or are you good with water” not “what can I get you to drink” or asking if we wanted anything from the bar, I just found it strange. He was just very short with us and again it felt like he just wanted us out of his hair. On the other hand, when the couple came in after us, he stood at their table for a lengthy amount of time chatting with them about themselves and explaining things on the menu to them, asking them where they were from, telling them about himself, etc.; he offered to bring them bread immediately as well, which we were never offered. No one ever came to ask how our food was or refill our drinks, and the waiter dropped off our check and then asked as an afterthought if we wanted desert (but it was clear he just wanted us to pay and leave). I honestly can say this is the first time ever that I wanted to not leave a tip at a restaurant, but I still did. My boyfriend and I are paying customers but were treated like criminals for whatever reason and we were both shocked, honestly the service was so bad it was almost comical. You would think that with the restaurant being so empty maybe you would get paid attention to, but that was not the case here.I doubt I’ll ever return to this restaurant. Maybe the other wait staff is good but I don’t even want to take that chance. It is a nice looking restaurant so I am disappointed mostly.

Love this restaurant. Good service and food special clam soup only Fridays. And the shrimp scallop. It's not cheap but the quality of the fresh food it's worth it.
This place is amazing, the Margaritas are delicious and the food as well. Excellent customer service and fast.

We call it "Penis" instead of "Beni's" if that gives you any idea. More of a local watering hole than a restaurant. Food is mediocre at best.

Ok so I wasn't sure about this place but dang! The wings were ON point! Super crispy and flavorful - we got the teriyaki and lemon pepper dry rub. That Lemmon pepper was awesome with great flavor. Service was friendly and attentive. The inside is nice and looks recently Renovated. We found the prices to be very fair. He had a burger and I had a steak salad which was huge with a lot of tasty steak and huge chunks of blue cheese. We will return.

I have been here a few times. Really like the GF pizza. The crust is the best around. Not packaged crust. They did change the sausage on the house pizza. Not an improvement. Seems to be an over 65 ladies restaurant. The waitress will improve with experience.
We had Beni's cater our work holiday party. Never been to the restaurant so new to me. I had chicken parm and roasted potatoes. Others had wraps and salads. No complaints heard. Chicken parm was great and roasted potatoes tender and well seasoned. Thank you guys. Had the opportunity to answer someone asking about your restaurant for dinner. Told them of my goid food and they were heading there.
