Went around 10:30pm last night (3/27) and the guy worker was the nicest and most pleasant worker I have ever met. I live 30 minutes away but I would definitely make the drive for this great service, I live 6 minutes from another one but that one often has rude workers and a 30+ min wait

I questioned there unsweetened ice tea as it tasted like coffee. The rude girl stated that's our ice tea. She refused to do anything about it. Now I've been to other burger Kings and there unsweetened ice was fine. TRAIN YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS THAT THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. 4.00 FOR A UNSWEETENED ICE TEA I COULDNT EVEN DRINK. Ordered breakfast on 2/10/24 at 1040 am ordered an unsweetened ice tea as one of the drinks and it is not what we got and when we brought it to the attention of the drive through girl she just looked at us and said it’s unsweetened ice tea and closed the window. My wife drinks this ALL THE TIME AND KNOWS HOW IT SHOULD TASTE!! $3 for a drink that costs less then $.75 to make and your going to treat a customer like that? JUST WRONG!!!

I ordered a wrap. And asked for extra extra Ranch dressing on it instead of what comes on it. And it was made with a tiny DOT of ranch dressing in the wrap. So I went back in and the employee got the manager. When I started speaking to the manager he asked me to open up the wrap. So I did. And I showed him the little tiny speck of ranch that was on the wrap. He then began to go back and forth with me, telling me that I was wrong, and that there is Ranch in the wrap. I told him that I had ordered it with extra extra Ranch. He wouldn't do anything about. He wouldn't fix it for me. I was so mad, that I said to him before I walked away, that I would hate to see a regular amount of dressing on one of these wraps, if that's what you get when you order extra extra.Unbelievable! I didn't want my money back or anything like that I just wanted it fixed the way that I ordered it.I would never ever go back to that Burger King ever again.I also told the girl when I was ordering that I would pay extra for the extra. And I still didn't get it. I couldn't eat it DRY as hell like that. So I ended up throwing it awake when I got home.What a nightmare!!!
