My gf and I went here recently. The guy told her they were closed but told us to come in. He was very accommodating. When he saw me on crutches he told me I didn't need to come in I could tell him what I wanted and he would bring it to me. That was very very good customer service on his part. I did decline and went inside as I didn't know what I wanted for sure. I hope management sees this review and passes it on to the worker as he deserves to see this and be connmended for his awesome customer service. We will definitely be back. I wish I got his name but I didn't all I know is the guy had a accent.

I got my daughter in law a birthday ice cream cake. It was perfect. The cost of a 10” cake is around $35 plus I gave her a tip because she wrote on the cake beautifully.

do not go here if you have food allergies, informed staff of my peanut allergy when ordering a milkshake, staff ensured me there was no cross contamination and they would be extra careful. that was clearly not the case as i nearly took a trip to the local emergency room. would rate 0 stars if

Today we bought ice cream from this store for the first time. It was very delicious. The prices were also cheap. The service was great. I recommend it to everyone.

I am not one to give a compliment unless it is well deserved. I haven’t gone to Carvel for a long time because I am accustomed to the old traditional Carvel Ice Cream and no one seems to make their ice cream the old way. I had ordered a small Vanilla soft serve. I was over the moon. For the first time in forever I had an ice cream that tasted like it was not watered down or frozen ice. The ice cream was so creamy. The size of the small was much larger than what you get when you order a small. I went back a second time just to make sure that the service and ice cream along with the size was going to be consistent; it was! I am so happy to have found an awesome place such as the Carvel located in Vernon. Thank you!

Order ice cream. The workers got our order completely wrong my husband ordered a Strawberry Sundae that has soft serve ice cream in a clear plastic tall cup but instead he got hard ice cream in a hard ice cream cup and it just had strawberries in it nothing representing a strawberry sundae. They steal money from you by giving you ice cream that is less than what you order and bought. Tried to call them to get it figured out and they kept hanging up on us. This was on 07/06/23 at 7:30pm
