We went to order and the worker was very disrespectful and had no patience and they forgot our order for the chocolate muffin and we went to go back and get it and the worker had a very rude tone and no patience, overall this a very lackluster and disappointing location I would not recommend, unless you like workers who are rude and disrespectful.

Worst customer service . Was getting a coffee before work and was treated rudely by a manager on shift who said clearly she wouldn’t be taking my order because “she’s done” to not only have another employee say the same thing . You shouldn’t be on the floor if you are off the clock and not helping your customers . Will not be returning.

The Good: Very efficient dunkin'. Will usually get through a line rapid-fireThe Bad: Does not add enough sweetener to coffee. Usually have to go in to grab sweetener packetsA good dunkin' to run into to get a quick drink if you're heading to the highway. Need to work on putting enough sweetener into coffee, but it's an easy correction

I miss Coco!!! This used to be my favorite one in town. I go to D&D every am /every day and loved the staff here. Now they have young, rude people working there. I had to stop going due to this! No one there is happy to be there, slams the drinks & bags on the counter, and no one EVER smiles! Also don't get hash browns, they come soggy & sometimes raw/cold. This one girl they have now just rushes you. She doesn't even take a breath when talking to you when giving you your order. Oh, and if you do not say THANK YOU loud enough for her to hear, she snaps at you! I'm not getting arrested for an immature little girl like she is!I'm always so friendly to them and didn't deserve that treatment, so I go to another one now! The last thing I want first thing in the am is unfriendly rude workers!!!!! You need to retrain everyone there!
