It took seven people to complete my brkfast order. Are you for real? I guess there is no unemployment problem here. More training should be put in place. P.S. Drive thru customers are NOT more important than shop customers. I was ignored for too long last week. Pls improve service at Route 83 Rockville store.
I just wanted to say that Juanita is a pleasure there! she is so friendly whenever I come in, I complimented her yesterday when I saw her, there’s a few others that are super friendly and know me and talk to me when I come in.

This is my go to Dunkin’ Donuts, as I never have a problem with service or my order, but my biggest complaint in issue would be the parking. The parking in front of the building when you pull in by Domino’s should be eliminated because when it gets busy, it is impossible to get out of those parking spots or use them.
