2 years in between trying them and same bad experience. this guy routinely has family emergencies clearly because the two times I've ordered, that was excuse for not fulfilling the order. also, he didn't call until AFTER the quoted time after I HAD called. terrible business practice, never again.

If I could rate them lower I would. They allow you to order online while they are closed and if I can't dispute the charge on the card they owe us $72. Neither their website, phone, nor Google says they are closed and yet they are. DO NOT USE THIS PIZZA SHOP. They will rip you off make you hope you can get it fixed while you sit around waiting for food wondering why you can't get a hold of someone. We ordered at 5:40 on a Saturday. 100% incompetent when it comes to informing people they are closed on what I know to be one of the busiest days for pizza ordering. Will never use this place again. And hope nobody else does either as, after reading their reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence with them. 0/5 stars.

I've been to this location a couple times. During covid, they had a wooden frame in front of their register that they put up to be in compliance with covid protocols. No glass or barrier, just a wood frameIngenious and disgenuine. I haven't come back since. Now that we're towards the tail end of covid, decided to give this place another go.It's not a place you want to sit down and eat at. The parents are trying to keep the place afloat so they have toys and things in the dining room to keep the kiddies happy. The area is relatively clean but the color scheme makes the place feel darker. The family was there to greet me on my pickup order. Dad takes the card, mom gets the food, and the group of 4 kids disburses randomly around the venue. I get my pizza, take it home and dig in.It's cheap pizza, undercooked but piled high with toppings. I got their xpress favorites pie, which is Mushrooms, sausage, pepperoni, peppers, onions, hamburger, and bacon. Crust is frozen, sauce out of a can, cheese was bagged, but it had plenty of meats.Price is low for standard fare. The pizza I got was on the higher end of the price point, coming out to 15 for a 12" small. As a food place, I feel like they are trying to keep things going but have lost their passion for the business. I would love to review them highly, but their quality is lacking. At least for their pizzasThe reviews on Yelp seem to say that their entrees are decent. If you want to support their family then give those a try and see how they are. If you need cheap pizza then it will scratch that itch. But there's a lot of cheap pizza places around

Went to xpress during lunch, the felt dark and dank. Decided to give it a try anyways. Ordered three wraps, and these things were like miniature size, came with fries. Got take out, and went to location to eat. The taste was there for all three wraps, but for $40 for three wraps, kinda expected bigger, more filling. They are lucky I gave them the stars, the fries were descent. I probably won't be visiting them anytime soon.

No masks from ANY of the workers here in multiple times I've been in the building to pick up orders.

I ordered a veggie grinder. As i gave my card number, the guy on the phone mmmmed me. He asked me if I wanted a hot or cold grinder. Then he hung up abruptly. He was really rude. When he showed up to my work he brought a veggie pizza. I didn't know it was mine because I didn't order pizza. He had someone else sign my receipt. The pizza cost $15, the grinder would have cost $12. So much for being healthy. The pizza just tasted like cardboard crust and you couldn't really taste the sauce or cheese at all. They have really bad customer service & are overpriced for the quality. Ellington pizza is the best & everyone there is so nice. They don't deliver, but its worth driving to (right by the 5 corners rotary).

This was by far the worst pizza my husband and I had ever had in our lives!!! The crust tasted just ok, but the cheese and sauce were disgusting. We ordered online and specified that we wanted a carry out, however their system changed the order to "delivery" so we were charged an extra $1.50 (plus tip for the driver). When we got to the store they did not even offer to discount the fee. The cheese sticks were ok as it was mostly crust with a bit of cheese, but the sauces that came with it were unappetizing. The red sauce was bland, watery and unsavory. We have eaten a lot of pizza in our lives and did not believe it was possible to screw up a pizza, but this people proved us wrong. We ordered two mediums (mushroom and pepperoni, and mushroom and anchovies), and both ended up in the trash. The location looked filthy and unattractive. It is definitely not a place to sit down and enjoy a meal. It smelled of grease and the ventilation was poor. WE WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM PIZZA TIME VERNON and DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. We support small businesses but with this quality this is a small business that will not survive unless they raise the quality of their food.

Disgusting. Frozen pizza is better. Ordered eggplant fries they were disgusting soggy and full of grease - indelible. I asked for wings cooked well done, the were anything but. I asked for delivery at a certain time and they showed up 45 minutes early. Wouldn't honor a coupon I had.Don't waste your money or appetite on this garbage.

My wife and I decided to try this place because they deliver. We got two grinders and they were less than Subway in quality. Toppings were sparse and the bread was hard and semi stale, and not Italian. I bought a large and threw the 2nd half out, not even good enough to save for leftovers.

What I really like about this place is their stuffed crust pizza which is much better than Pizza Hut's. Overall good service at a reasonable price.

Very bad service, employees have an attitude, delivery time is 45 mins to an hour. If u like cold and soggy pizza, its the best place to order.

Just average. There are much better ones around in Vernon.

If you want pizza and don't have a lot of money this is acceptable. With one of their coupons you can get a large cheese pizza for $7.99. That is probably the best deal you are going to find. It is a thinner pizza and is also somewhat soggy. They put the toppings underneath the cheese. The sauce has a sweet flavor but at times you will get a kick you aren't expecting, so they must have hot pepper flakes in it or something.
