Service was super. You can tell the staff have been trained to be very kind and attentive. Can't beat the cornbeef sandwich and I was so happy to find out I could order a cup of chicken soup and 1/2 a sandwich. I can't eat such big portions and I hate wasting food, so thank you for providing options for smaller servings.

I asked for pumpernickel bread on my sandwich, waitress just brought sandwich with rye and announced they were out of pumpernickel!? Didn't believe her, not very good service.

Wendy is a terrible waitress. Gave me half a cup of coffee, and when I asked for water, she never brought it. 10 minutes later I asked someone else for water and more coffee since I had none left. 20 minutes later Wendy breezed by the counter and joked it was good someone brought water. She has been there a long time, and this is typical if her service. Needs training. Great food and many great staff, but I hate when she is my server.

Super busy deli. Lines for dine in and takeout. I got a pastrami/corned beef on rye and a lemon cream cake with raspberry liquid topping on the side. Everything was fresh. Only wished my sandwich meats were hot or at least warm. Delicious perfect pickle came with the sandwich. Ambiance is casual and a bit chaotic. They need a bigger place!

Extremely busy at 1:30 in the afternoon on a very rainy day. Everyone must have been looking for a break. Food was great.

There should be a DoorDash pickup sign . Cashier asked if I was ok with an attitude because I was standing waiting in line for the doorsash . Got to the counter and she told me I could walk around and grab it . Had to ask her to grab it for me . Bad method for pickup

Stopped in for an early lunch on a Saturday around 10:45am. Pretty busy but I was seated promptly at a two top table in the dining area. Great, busy atmosphere, everyone enjoying themselves and the food. Reins is very well staffed and Alex my server was quick to stop by my table and great at her job. FYI: Reins has a full bar, with a decent tap list I ordered a pint while waiting. The menu is massive, literally something for everyone. Don't forget to ask for the complimentary pickles while waiting for your order. I decided on the corned beef Reuben "Fresser" (large) on seeded rye and a side order of potato pancakes with applesauce and sour cream. The Reuben was massive and delicious, almost too big to eat! The potato pancakes were tasty as well. I didn't feel rushed to eat and leave like you do in some establishments, which I greatly appreciate. The bottom line if you're looking for a Jewish deli/bakery/restaurant you can't go wrong with Reins, stop by and check them out!
