This store is not accepting Subway coupons as per the store policy. I have visited many other Subway stores and never faced any issues with the coupons except this one.

I ordered a tuna with pepper jack cheese, lettuce and bacon. I had a hard time finding the tuna. I will go in person next time and watch for myself.

So today 1/3/24 after a workout at the gym I was so looking forward to getting a sandwich from subway. On google it says this location is open till 9:30 pm. I arrived at 8:54 pm and the lady at the cash register told me that they were closed and she had already closed the register. I asked her what time they closed she said 9pm. It wasn’t even 9 pm I was there 6 minutes before but she said because she didn’t see anyone coming she closed the register. I don’t think that the register should be closed prior to the scheduled closing time, it is bad for business. I I am very disappointed. If they are going to be closing before 9pm then the store needs to update their store hours on google. Other people who came in after me but before 9pm were turned away and just as disappointed as I am. Very poor service.

Arrived at 8:15pm with the open sign on and no customers and was told that they were closed even though the posted store hours say they close at 9:30 every day. Don’t advertise false info especially when most subways in the area close earlier. Wasted my time and money driving here.

Went in to buy dinner for me and kids, tried to use coupons and was told I couldn't use them on certain sandwiches, which is Not Stated On particular coupon, doesn't make sense that coupons are put out but can't be used for purchases, ridiculous, then he proceeded to burn my sandwich and ask to see coupons and accepted one like he did me a great deal which didn't make a difference, false advertising and I guess Subway must be rolling in money that they allow their franchise's owners to dictate how and when coupons can be used and on certain items, none of my coupons specifically said turkey, they had other specialty subs which was not what I was ordering so I'll go elsewhere and get fresher vegis instead of brown lettuce and tomatoes and better service.

Been a year since I was here when they tried to rip me off by giving less than the 10 slices of meat for the spicy Italian... guess what... same thing happened AGAIN today where the guy tried shorting me on meat by giving less than the standard 10 slices each!!! What's up with this stingy place!?!? I just walked out on him making the sandwich. Seems like this happened to others too with them shorting people on toppings! Place was better with the Black man and his son running the place years ago.

I used to come here a lot during lunch break from work. It got to expensive so I stopped coming. Today, I decided to stop in and will never come back. Barely any tuna left to put on my grinder, lettuce was brown, not fresh. Could not understand the sandwich maker or cashier nor could they understand me, then proceeded to speak in another language to each other. Overpriced, poor customer service and poor grinder quality. Will not be back despite working literally 1 minute down the road.

I went to this location for the first time in years last week. I was running late and didn’t end up getting there till 9:20 and a girl named Pinky (carrine) was working. She was super welcoming and created a great atmosphere! She was patient and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out of there. She even let me sit inside to eat. She made great recommendations, was super friendly and overall created a great dinning experience! My sandwich came out great and the ingredients tasted very fresh. I can’t wait to return! Pinky made this experience a 10/10

They have stickers on the floor to tell you to stand here to order I did not see the stickers and walk right up to the register counter. I don't think the clerk was very happy but it was my first time in that store and my last.

Truly I am sickened at what THIS particular Subway charged for my niece's sandwich. There are a lot of foods that she cannot eat, so we got a 12-inch flatbread with two slices of cheese that was it. We had to ask for the extra slice. No meat, no vegetables, and no condiments. She got a bottle of soda and a bag of chips. The woman thought she was being generous when she decided not to charged us extra for the extra slice of cheese. The last two times I have been to a Subway with my niece they charge me for just the cost of the bread since she doesn't get anything on it other than 2 slices of cheese. We were charged for a full 12" veggie grinder which she was also originally going to upcharge for the extra slice of cheese.Truly floored.
