This is my 2nd time ordering from this location . Food didn’t have any seasoning I got lemon pepper wings and hot honey rub, my wings had oil all over no seasoning what so ever. The last time I ordered a 10 piece and got 8 wings. Will not order from this location again . I would love to see how these “workers” would feel if they go out and order food and get the exact same service they are giving .

The food was subpar, I don’t get the hype to this place. The French fries were sweet not salted. The shortening on the deep fryers looked old the food came out nearly burnt looking. Do not recommend

Everything is seems coated in some sticky substance. Tables, chairs, sills, floor, card reader…The soda machine may not have been cleaned since they opened, theres a coating of red across the dispenser and everything tastes like fruit punch.Staff could not clarify what flavor or taste Hawaiian was and seemed annoyed to be asked. Food came out incredibly slowly, 15 minutes later we were still waiting for 10 tenders. Can’t speak for the food, as we left for Jefferson Fry right next door as standing in such an unclean environment made me second guess the food.

My daughter wanted to experience Wingstop for the first time. Stopped at this location on the way back to NY from visiting UCONN. HAIR WAS IN MY FOOD!! I politely asked for a refund was dismissed multiple times and told to leave my name and number for a manager! It was $14! I live in NY! Again it was HAIR IN MY FOOD! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

Gave my food to the wrong person, it was touched and returned from the other person. They just wrapped it back up and gave it to me. Decided to just take it as I had already been waiting 25 minutes. Get home open it and find multiple pieces missing.Realized while walking out I was never asked about dipping sauce. Walked back in and asked for ranch... was told it's in the bag. Guess what's not in the bag lmao

Some employees are more concerned pretending to work than really doing their job, the wait time to even be acknowledged and with zero multitasking ability on the part of counter staff, not sure i will visit this location again anytime soon.Prep area was active but that won't last because the ones with little ambition and adversarial attitude will begin to affect morale.Management it's on you.
