Placed an order hours ago and the food never came; then i call the place and the owner abruptly answers and tells me that if i want to be cancelled because he’s running a one man’s show. No apologies, no care in the world just rude and disrespectful. Never again ordering from this place. It’s very sad how people have lost their morals and respect. Don’t waste your time!

Received a coupon sent to my house in vernon. upon ordering was told that I was never supposed to get a coupon and he wouldn't honor the coupon. Guess I'll order elsewhere.

When I first moved to Vernon I ordered a pizza from all the nearby pizza joints over the first couple of months. This place had the worst Pizza. I will not go back.

$7.25 for two cheese slices and Pepsi can to go. Overall not a fan of the pizza, I do admit I am spoiled to good NY pizza and this is not that. Place was empty? No slices visible to choose from so just ordered two slices to go.The pizza did not taste completely cooked, but it looked over cooked. Not sure how that is possible but I was not able to finish both slices ordered. Was passing through area and wanted something quick and it was quick. In and out within 10 min

If I could rate them lower I would. They allow you to order online while they are closed and if I can't dispute the charge on the card they owe us $72. Neither their website, phone, nor Google says they are closed and yet they are. DO NOT USE THIS PIZZA SHOP. They will rip you off make you hope you can get it fixed while you sit around waiting for food wondering why you can't get a hold of someone. We ordered at 5:40 on a Saturday. 100% incompetent when it comes to informing people they are closed on what I know to be one of the busiest days for pizza ordering. Will never use this place again. And hope nobody else does either as, after reading their reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence with them. 0/5 stars.

This is the best pizza in Connecticut. We just arrived from a long trip from Ohio. The owner was closing but made us a last minute pizza and let us have a booth to eat it. He was very friendly and helpful. He told us about some places to explore if we have time. Thank you so much.

I've been to this location a couple times. During covid, they had a wooden frame in front of their register that they put up to be in compliance with covid protocols. No glass or barrier, just a wood frame Ingenious and disgenuine. I haven't come back since. Now that we're towards the tail end of covid, decided to give this place another go. It's not a place you want to sit down and eat at. The parents are trying to keep the place afloat so they have toys and things in the dining room to keep the kiddies happy. The area is relatively clean but the color scheme makes the place feel darker. The family was there to greet me on my pickup order. Dad takes the card, mom gets the food, and the group of 4 kids disburses randomly around the venue. I get my pizza, take it home and dig in. It's cheap pizza, undercooked but piled high with toppings. I got their xpress favorites pie, which is Mushrooms, sausage, pepperoni, peppers, onions, hamburger, and bacon. Crust is frozen, sauce out of a can, cheese was bagged, but it had plenty of meats. Price is low for standard fare. The pizza I got was on the higher end of the price point, coming out to 15 for a 12" small. As a food place, I feel like they are trying to keep things going but have lost their passion for the business. I would love to review them highly, but their quality is lacking. At least for their pizzas The reviews on Yelp seem to say that their entrees are decent. If you want to support their family then give those a try and see how they are. If you need cheap pizza then it will scratch that itch. But there's a lot of cheap pizza places around
