If I could give it a zero I would have!!! I have ordered from them in the past, and normally they were great, however my last experience with them was terrible. I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday and had spoken with the owner through email about it. When my husband arrived to pick up the cake, there was no cake. The owner stated that I had never confirmed the order and blamed my husband saying that we were wrong. I looked back through my email and saw that I did in fact confirm it, they had been mistaken. When we later called to speak with the owner again, she was rude and refused to take any blame in the situation or try to make it better. She also yelled at my husband on the phone and then hung up on him. It was extremely unprofessional and rude. I will never order from them again and hope you will do the same!

We always use Alyssa’s for all our cakes. A four birthday party required half iron man half spin and boy did they deliver! They made my bridal shower dreams come true with matching cake pops and cupcakes. Our wedding cake was everything we dreamed it would be. We’ll never use another bakery!

The cake I ordered not only was the cake not good, but the top layer was very hard. There was hardly any fruit in between the layers. She didn't even write Happy Birthday on the cake (nothing at all). For $110 I was not happy and the fact that so many people at the party let me know that the cake so not good!!! Never again!!!!

Absolutely loved my cake for my rehearsal dinner! Red velvet vintage style heart cake was a hit! Super easy to order through email with inspo pictures. Alyssa knew exactly what I wanted and knocked it out of the park!

Cupcakes are amazing I would of have 5 stars but you guys don't have a consistent menu whenever I go there are almost always different cupcakes and the hours you guys are open can be a lot better. With a product that good this store should be open every day. The customer service is a 8 out of 10 would I recommend YES but the hours and a consistent menu should change with a little promotion this place will thrive
