First time at this location. And was terribly disappointed. My boyfriend's breakfast was awful. His hashbrowns were cold, barley cook, toast was cold, wouldn't melt the butter. He asked for soft bacon, it was well done. Needless to say he only ate the two eggs. My breakfast was barley warm. I didn't eat the eggsA few bits of a pancake. The server never came back to check on us or refill drinks. And the drinks were $4.99 each. When she finally came back she asked if we needed a box. He told her what was wrong and she said sorry do you want more. He replied......No at this point we are done. She didn't adjust the check or send the manager over. We won't ever go back. We will stick with the private, mom and pop places in town. I wish it would let me add pictures

Came here to have breakfast. I got 2eggs over medium with bacon and toast.I asked for tea (hot) the waitress said they were out. How can you be out. Then I found a dark hair in my eggs. Totally grossed out. I will never go again.

Clean establishment and very friendly service. However the ingredients are cheap and they sell ingredients that are not safe for human consumption. This is a problem for the company. I dont care what the FDA allows, you shouldnt be feeding your children this on a regular basis!Kid-friendliness: They have kids menus however its so much sugar and poison first thing in the morning for most

I’m really big on presentation and I was very pleased with the containers the food came in. Fruits were separate which was nice. And it just looked amazing. Food was great! Delivery was fairly quick as well. Great job IHOP!

This is one of the best IHOPs we have been to. We went today around 11am. I misplaced my receipt and I can’t remember the servers name but he was amazing and we had an overall great experience. The quality and the taste of the food was excellent. We live about 30 mins from Wallingford but will definitely visit this location again.
If I could give a -5 I would give.Racist people, specially if you have an accent. Horrible staff and management.I stopped there during my trip and I have had the most terrible experience of my life with their staff.Ihop is gong bad. I will never come back to this place.
Not sure if due to understanding or apathy, but spent around 20 minutes waiting at the entrance (as they require you to do) for a pickup order, only for assistance to come once a different waiting person goes inside to find someone.There's a small number of tables in so I don't think they were busy. A shame - I really like this place too.

Food was okay. However the manager was very rude to a table in front of us. I would like to know what 'people like you always causes a problem. ' means in regards to a hispanic family eating breakfast, and why this establishment can't find waitstaff to 'wait on people on people like them'. It was racist and if I wasn't so shocked at what I heard I would have said something. If the hispanic family who experienced this happens to come by this post I am sorry for not using my voice.

Very poor customer service in this Wallingford IHOP. I ordered takeout and drove down there to pickup. On getting home I discovered 2 items were missing from my order. I called them to let them know and the person that responded was very rude. There was no apologies for their omission and when I voiced my concerns, they trivialized it.
