They confirmed my delivery order and gave me an estimate wait time and let me wait for 2 hours then cancelled my ordered! Will never order from here again and will never use Grubhub again. Unacceptable

Really enjoyed their large mozzarella pizza! It's a thin crust which we love. We did pick it up mid evening on a sat. 15 min wait. Fresh and hot! Friendly service. We'll be back.

I've always liked Main Street Pizza but now that they have got a new owners I don't like your pizza since you don't know what you're doing your pizza was awful it hardly had any sauce too much cheese not enough of the toppings I think you should sell out and let somebody else take over the business because it's obvious you don't know what you guys are doing you don't speak English and people don't understand you I will never order from you again that sauce had no seasoning I don't know where you learned how to make pizza but what appear Italian make the pizza

I ordered online for delivery. I was quoted 6:59 pm as a delivery time. At 7:10, I called the shop to find out if the pizza was on the way. The woman had to put me on hold for a couple of minutes and she came back to tell me that he would be here any minute, we are really far away. Um. We're 3.9 miles from the shop. So the guy finally gets here and he has the wrong two liter.I called the shop back to let her know that we were NOT that far away (only 3.9 miles), the courteous thing to have done would be call the customer to let them know their order is late and we were given the wrong drink. I did let her know it was our first time ordering from Main St Pizza and we won't be back. Instead of apologizing to me, she hung up. I am so unbelievably dissatisfied and frankly, shocked by her behavior.The pizza is ok. The garlic cheese bread was cooked/melted then folded in half so that didn't work out well. The pizza has a ton of cheese and very little sauce. Eh.

I ate at Main Street Pizza for the first time and I was very impressed. I ordered Pizza, wings, and a chicken parm dinner. Everything was very good and the service was great. I will definitely go back.

The food was always good and we had gone during work for lunch at times. We admired the place until yesterday when we ordered 6 boneless buffalo tenders and received three that were ripped in half by hand to make six. This is unbelievable. Coming from someone who has their food certification I wouldn’t recommend such a place.

Staff was incredibly rude and incompetent last night and hung up on me. They said they were out of large pizzas and I asked how many mediums would be the equivalent of the 3 large I had wanted. He said he had no idea order what you want. When I questioned how he didn’t know since he worked there, he said it was only his 5th day there. Then he hung up. When I called back and asked to speak to his boss, he told me to get my order somewhere else. Unbelievable.
