Always a good experience at this Panera! Sherita and Liz are rockstars!! They went above and beyond for me and it was just a regular order! I can only imagine how great they are in the face of adversity! Worth the drive to Wallingford.

The 'food preparer's' here deserve to be called chefs. Service employees were nice and easy to work with.I ordered the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich. All the ingredients from the bread to every last pepper and onion slice to the dressing was fresh tasting- which is especially important with vegetarian food. The sandwich was well made and proportioned so I didn't find myself taking bites that were only bread and humus. The ingredients went along really well together too. The restaurant has good choices/options.The cookies are great. The Kitchen Sink cookie is a little pricey but tends to be the size of 2-3 average cookies in one (they're very thick).The bagels are excellent too. So far I've only bought the Cinnamon Crunch but I'll be going back to try the others.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options have ingredients and choices that compliment them well. Staff prepares food well.Parking: It can be difficult to find the closest parking lot to the Panera in the dark because there's so many lots and other stores and not really good lighting.

Big disappointment. I ordered delivery and requested easily customized sandwiches (such as deleting or adding an ingredient. Our requests were totally ignored despite paying for additional cheese or avocado.The prices are quite expensive for the below average food and amount.A few years ago we ordered 2x/week either in person or delivery. Not anymore. I definitely won't be purchasing there again. Try Starbucks instead.

It's always difficult to tell if this location is open after dark. There really aren't exterior lights it seems; if there are, they are rarely on. Food is salty Panera food, but what we have come to expect. It seems that after a certain time, food isn't served on trays. We weren't asked if we were dining in or taking out, and our food was served in a take out bag. "Thanks for your order. Now leave." ?♂️
Order is usually wrong when ordering ahead, but a decent place to get decent food.

Everytime I come through the drive thru the wait is atleast 10 minutes plus. I could have finished a whole Harry Potter book with the amount of time I waited in line this month

Absolutely so upset right now and disappointed. Spent $65 got 5 different sandwiches and 3 drinks. Just for every single sandwich to be wrong. Half the things I got I didn’t even order. And the things I did order are completely wrong. I am beyond pissed the girl that took my order got everything perfect. She repeated everything back to me and it was perfect I even tipped her 10$ on top of my 65$ order.

I have ordered twice from this location in past month. Both times the order took exceptionally long. On most recent order the delivery was missing the bread bowl for the bread bowl soup I ordered and the fruit cup I paid extra for. This location is the worst.
