I order through doordash. Most recently I ordered the 2 meat combo with beans and a side of potato salad. The meat was brisket & pulled pork. Both were moist and delicious as well as the beans and corn bread. The potato salad had onions in it which I am not a fan of, so I only had a bite, but the flavor was not of a storemade variety. I had catered food from the Pig Rig BBQ for an Open House Event yesterday March 12th 2024 for Central Turf & Irrigation the event was for 100 people. I called Brenna at the Pig Rig BBQ to schedule the food and time and date the whole process was great. The whole staff at The Pig Rig are awesome. The best BBQ in the area. Excellent pulled pork, ribs, burnt ends, brisket and even smoked turkey. Their Cowboy Beans, intensely rich and smoky, are addictive. The folks there are nice too. Eat in or take out. You will be very happy.
