genuinely the worst fast food place i’ve ever been to. Got parked for a mobile order just for them to forget the drink that came with the MEAL i had received. When my boyfriend went in to get the soda they made him bring in a receipt (that they didn’t give us) so he brought in the phone with the order and even then they accused him of lying to get a drink and said every bag comes with a receipt but we never got one. The man at the front made backhanded comments when we were trying to get what we paid for.

Took 45 minutes to get nearly all of our food; when we did, and they forgot a chicken sandwich, the manager said “I gave you a refund, I’m not making anything else” so my sister just didn’t get her food, I guess. No drive thru traffic, no in person traffic. The cashier wasn’t even bad, bro was just doing his job. The fries ended up cold, and the Dr. Pepper was somehow interpreted as root beer. What the heck happened here?

Stay away from this trashy excuse of a Wendy’s. The lady that works in the morning will try to tell you your card declined and push for you to pay again in cash. My card processed and even had a receipt and showed it. She still refused to make my food or give refund. She wanted me to pay her again in cash. How classless can you be? I said I can get you for fraud and all the sudden my coffee and food are getting bagged up. You tried to swindle the wrong guy!

Tied for lowest rated Wendy's in CT for a reason. Food is fine more often than its not for what its worth. Quality is occasionally a bit shaky but never to the point where its a major concern. Waits are always wild for the customer volume regardless of ordering method (in-store, drive-thru, delivery), but employees being consistently surprised/disdainful that you're ordering their food seems like a red flag. I'll stop by here every few months as Wendy's is generally a pretty good option for fast food, but every time I'm reminded that location and ownership matter when it comes to franchise restaurants. Make good choices, there are better run options in the area.

By far the worst Wendy I ever went to . I asked for a biggie bag and never was asked is I wanted smallMed or large they just automatically gave me large and fries look days old and burger was all mashed and bread was falling apart it . No hi how are you just a hand came out like give your card and here your stuff BYE!

Idk who was working the drive through overnight 1/30/24, because she didn't leave a receipt. I will never give my money to this Wendy's again due to her terrible attitude. Makes me wonder if the frosty machine was actually broken, or did she not want to clean it. 0/10 service it was absolutely despicable.

I gave this place 3 tries before leaving a poor review because I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. In my last 3 visits here between December and January, I received the wrong order once after waiting 15 minutes behind 1 other customer. I waited another 15 to get the correct order. The next time I ordered a chicken sandwich and a frosty. Took about 20 minutes and I was, again, behind 1 other person. The third time (you guessed it) after waiting for an abnormal amount of time, I had Mayo all over the burger I specifically asked for no Mayo on. The workers seemed aggravated when I asked for a new one. I heard one person say quietly, can't he just scrape it off? it takes a lot for me to leave a poor review but I will never return to this Wendy's.

Rude. Workers were asking one another if the food was done and neither one knew how long it had been in. Wouldn't eat here unless you want food poisoning. Supposedly only 1 of 4 workers on that night knew how to operate anything and we waited 30 minutes for chicken nuggets and a frosty. They wouldn't give us the manager's name. Never again. Terrible
