The bagels may be really good but the service is consistently poor. They do have a large selection of bagels and cream cheese, muffins, etc. but the prices are high. Today, the coffee cup lids didn't fit and close correctly.I don't know why they can't figure out a system to move the orders ahead efficiently with all the people befind the counter. It's always like that, but today was the worst. This morning I counted 22 people in line to order, out the door. Also, would be nice if they would clean the tables, empty the garbage and fix the problems that have been consistently there. I take 2 ladies usually twice a month for breakfast and we typically wait about 10-15 minutes for Bagels.

This for the East Main location .Over priced when you buy 2 muffins I bagel with butter and a small 12 oz orange juice it cost over 14 bucks the OJ was 3.63 … stop over charging for your drinks. The Bagels are under cooked and barely toasted The muffins were not fresh tasted like they purchased them in bulk weeks ago.

This is only for the Thomaston Ave store love this place been going here for years as soon as u enter u feel welcome regardless of who u r that being said I expected the same energy going into The E main location no such luck I walked the only one waiting to order they just looked at me no greeting nothing I waited n waited a lady walks in n they instantly greeted her and took her order when I did get to order toasted bagel wth buttter it was barely toasted I was already turned off so I just asked for a refund I will never step foot in there again

Closed before 2pm on a Sunday. If you’re out of bagels, please be open to tell your customers that. Also supply more per your demand, East main wouldn’t disappoint me like this!

They make the bagels fresh every morning & when they’re out, they’re out. The owners are so friendly and when we have time we sit there and eat just to chat. If you have a bigger order, it’s preferred you call ahead of time and they’ll put them aside for you. Definitely better than the one on e main
