BIG Shoutout to the bartender DAVE! That man is the best thing to grace the Bdubs bar ?? drinks phenomenal, food was good! I’d just go to hang with the dude and grab drinks! His energy is unmatched 10/10 customer service.

I ate here and 6 hours later I am having food poisoning. Not a good look, the girl on the phone told me to go get seen and then they can refund. Yeah, let me spend 200$ for an urgent care visit for a 20 buck refund. It wasnt about the refund, I was just telling them theyre getting people sick. Go somewhere else, just look up the oil they fry their wings in, its absolutely disgusting.

This is the glass they gave me my beer in and look how dirty it is. Was watching ufc 299 and I didn’t notice because it’s so dark in the room. But what made it worst is the place wouldn’t give me a refund or new one. They said it must be from the last glass that had Carmel on it. Like that’s disgusting and not clean, the restaurant wasn’t either. On top of that they didn’t even acknowledge their mistake. Not even the so called manager…(the guy w the glasses) yucky!!! Staff rude as hell !!!!!!!!! Wash your dishes or just admit you made a mistake.

I was shocked how rude and nasty the manager Eric Rovinetti was too us. How does a well known establishment allow for a manager to talk and treat their customers that way? We ordered the hottest wings not thinking that it would be inedible. Eric’s demeanor and delivery was less than about us wanting to swap out the wings for the next level down was less than desirable. He mad me feel so under valued as a customer.

COLD FOOD!! Dont order take out, they literally don't care to give out food that's been sitting out for hours. Very disappointed!! Side orders and sauce were missing smh. Waste of money seriously.

Not the place to be. The food isn't fresh, that was realized with the salad. I got the boneless mild wings, and the sauce is way too salty. Service was nice and quick, but overall I'm going somewhere else next time.

I used to live in another state, where I would always get the crispy chicken salad with medium sauce, which always consisted of several tasty pieces of chicken completely smothered in sauce. Just ordered the same thing from this BWW and this is what I got - two chicken strips (that taste microwaved) with the faintest whisper of sauce drizzled on top. This salad was my favorite thing at my old location - but this one is just disappointment in salad form! Only reason for the 2nd star is because the side of cheese curds were KIND OF OK.
Took an hour with only 3 people in here total lemon pepper wings were crispy but plain no flavor tasted no seasonings wedges were good it wasn’t the worst but not good enough for me to come back

It's a shame I have to leave this review as i love BWW! That said the customer service at the waterbury location is complete trash !! My order wasn't complete at the time of pickup and when I inquired about it the woman at the desk gave me an attitude and made no attempt to help me !! I had already paid for the order, was made to wait over an hour for my food, they messed up the order then wouldn't even have the courtesy to even attempt to make things any better!! Complete garbage!!

I have been to a different wild wings before and it was not the same experience. This location had very small portions, wait staff was inattentive, food was okay. It was my husband's first time and it was not a great experience for him.The vodka lemonade for happy hour was well made and the honey BBQ bird dog was delicious but quite small. Not as advertised on the menu. Will be returning.... to other locations....
