Terrible, Don’t bother unless you have plenty of time to waste. 1 car in front of me and had to wait 15 minutes, didn’t even get my food. Got tired of waiting for a basic order.

Went on my lunch break and it was busy. I understand and patiently waited. When I did put in my order I specifically stated I wanted my whopper off the broiler and then I proceed to let them know I don't want my cheese melted in the microwave. I am waiting and you can clearly see in the back while they are making your burger. The burger was not off the broiler and it was put in the microwave to melt the cheese. I told the employee that I wanted it off the broiler so the cheese can melt on it's own and not have to be put in the microwave. She then told me that's how they do it and that was the end of her explanation. I wasn't given an option of making it over. I worked previously many years ago in Burger King and have gone to others to know you do not have to put the burger in the microwave. Hence the quote " Have it your way". I asked for a refund and just left to eat somewhere else. I understand they were busy and I was willing to wait for a fresh burger, but I wasn't going to pay for a burger put in the microwave.

The KIDS taking my order were too busy joking around and talking, to read my mobile order when they were grabbing /making my order, and gave me the wrong food. I paid almost 32 dollars for something I didn't get because some dumb kids can't pay attention to the order board to make or grab the right food...

Extremely friendly staff person who took my order. Might be the manager. Restaurant was clean inside, food was nice and hot which was biscuit egg and bacon sandwich with hash brown tots and drink.

We ate inside the service, food and good. The only complaint I have is our eyes where a little sensitive inside and they should have a better exhaust system or have someone look at their exhaust system. It was very clean staff friendly just our eyes where sensitive im assuming from the flame broiled grill. We will return just probably choose the drive-thru. ✌?

They are too busy gossiping with each other and making people's orders right. maybe I need to come in there and teach these mfs how tf you can't work. this is a fast food restaurant if you can't make a burger correctly than you deserve that minimum wage paycheck because there's no reason why I should say I'm allergic to pickles do not put on my sandwich you guys did it anyways and put extra on it like whoever is working needs to be firedDietary restrictions: I specifically said do not put pickles on my sandwich and y'all did it anyway

It really doesn’t take 3 time to get when a costumer ask for their orders and get it right the employee’s that are working at this time needs to get it together listen carefully when a customer asking for their order is not that hard unless your deaf I went around because food was cold then 2 twice because I had fries instead of onion rings when I specifically I ask for onion ring, is so simple and making things hard..
Asked for only cheese on a CHEESEburger & they charged an extra dollar... I asked the lady at the window why would I get charged more for less stuff & her reply was idk that's what the machine says lmfao horrible.
