I got takeout (curbside order). Super easy to order online and although I waited closer to 40 minutes rather than the 25 minute estimate, I knew it would be busy on a Saturday night so I didn’t mind. The gentleman that came outside with my order had a big smile on his face and was so friendly, it made me that much more happy about my decision to order from them and just put me in a good mood. The food was still hot when I got home and everything was delicious! I had the honey chipotle chicken crispers with Texas fries and nothing was soggy by the time we got home (approximately ten minutes later), chicken was crispy and the honey chipotle sauce is incredible! The fries were awesome.. as usual and still had life to them without getting soggy in the package thanks to the foil the kitchen used to separate the fries from the saucey chicken. Everything was great, I just wish I knew the guys name that brought out the order- he has longish curly hair and just the friendliest demeanor. Thank you for being so kind if you’re reading this!

Josiah’s parents here!! We go to Chili’s frequently and we love it. They are super friendly and the food is great. Love it there. I’ve had quite a few waitress’s there but Dona and Amanda are super sweet.

Ordered thru Ubereats they sent me half of my order ice cold. When I called I was on hold for a half hour and got hung up on. Food quality and customer service both trash! Neve again will I waste my money on this poorly manager place smh ??♀️

Honestly, it is sad I have to right this, there are not a lot of restaurants, in our town. And now chillis will be cancelled, due to the service I received today. When someone is seated first, you go to that table first. I have left the restaurant and at another, drinks are already at my table and my order was taken, smh. Not seated and waiting like, I'm waiting for a bus, while others who were seated after me are getting served.

Not to happy at this Chilis some things weren't available like spring rolls and the way I get my quesadilla they couldn't do it so I ended up with something else ... And it was freezing in the spot they sat us so we asked to move and it was the same ate with our coats on and still cold... Waterbury this was..

Soon as I came in the host was staring at me & my fiance weird , told him table for 3 since he didn't greet us & he didn't say anything just kept staring . Felt racially profiled especially when he sat us in a booth away from everyone. Food was okay, I got water with lemon & both my drinks had something floating in it . Was just happy my toddler ate since he's picky. Felt like negative energy once I walled in. Not coming here again I don't like feeling like something is being done to my food.

Checked in, waited 15 minutes, it was 10 minutes past the latest time given so I went inside and still waited. I finally got the food and it was cold. Employees seemed to worry more about their phones and their dunkin donuts delivery.Would give the food five stars but for it being cold.
