The girl was very rude after I stood there for over 3 minutes as she played games on her phone she rudely asked if I was ready or not. Then rushed me during the process of me ordering I ended up walking away because this is a business I will never support again as long as they have rude employees like this.

I went to this location with my partner as it’s been a while since we had cinnabon and we were excited to try it. We were met by a young lady who very obviously didn’t want to be there (I have to say I get it I don’t like to work either). I proceeded to ask a question about a cinnamon roll on display and she was very just monotone and talking in one-word responses, didn’t really make me feel good about asking a question. Then after I told her what I wanted when we got home I see instead of giving me the regular sized one I asked for. She gave us a mini bon. On top of that it tasted days old. Not impressed at all

10 minutes before closing, and the two ladies are putting the remaining product into boxes for tomorrow. They have a lot to choose from, but told me that they are closed. I tell them that they choose at 8, but she just nodded her head. Picture taken at 7:55, after I found my wife to give her the bad news and then Returned to see them all boxing the remaining buns. What happened to work ethics?

They gave my son a gross drink, he took a sip.... and he asked for them to exchange it with another flavor.. He came back with both and paid for a second drink?♂️...Like the lemons are coming out of their paycheck. I'd complain to them but they're to busy playing on their cell phones.

I am leaving a one star review because the person in charge had a horrible attitude, i got there 15 minutes prior to closing and she shouted that she was already closed while myself and another person were waiting to make a purchase.I brought my business to Pretzelmaker instead

I am giving this establishment a 1 star rating based off of my interaction today. I stopped by to cash in on a Groupon that I had purchased previously and the young lady that I interacted with. She was of a brown complexion with fake eyelashes and purple twists in her hair. She got frustrated with me because she didn’t know what she was doing when it came to redeeming the Groupon. She had me enter information that wasn’t needed and blamed me for it not working. All of this after she hit the redeem option on my phone and knowing she had no idea what she was doing and gave me and my wife a very poor and unprofessional attitude the entire time. I kept asking her what she wanted me to do because I had already paid Groupon and had the redemption codes for the vouchers. She ended up calling her manager who thankfully walked her thru the process. At no point did she apologize or even acknowledge her lack of knowledge but instead looked at us as if it was our fault. Terrible terrible experience for us. That young lady is a terrible representative of the company.
Only 1 person is working there. Every time I go there she is in the back of the store and barely in the front. After waiting for 5 mins or so I walked away and figured I would make a stop back before I head home, when I came back she was still in back. I go to the mall often. And I always see the same girl working there,is she the only employee?

CRYSTAL WAS AMAZING !! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! From start to finish this young lady was 10 stars. She went above and beyond making sure our food was freshly prepared and to our liking. Super fresh and delicious! I felt like I was eating at my family's dinner table. I've traveled to many different places and this experience by far is on the top of the list for hospitality.Will definitely return!
