I placed an order online, I made a mistake, the pick-up location went to a place 23 miles from the store I was in, the store didn't care to help me, I called more than 5 times to try to transfer my order to the location where I was, They said it wasn't possible and they also didn't cancel my order they said it wasn't possible. I was left without the food and my money more than 60 dollars, I simply lost my order and my money.

I use to be a big fan of Dairy Queen but my last three experiences have been terrible. I usually order off DoorDash and I understand sometime mistakes happen but the last two times in a row my order was messed up. They even gave me a completely different blizzard than the one I ordered and I couldn’t get my money back since I didn’t find out till the next night when I went to eat it. Then tonight I went and was charged for a second bbq sauce. I get food cost is high but also one bbq for 6 chicken tenders is outrageous. If you want good food go somewhere else

This place is the epitome of horrible customer service!!! They are rude and will give you attitude !! All i have to say to DQ management is that I blame you for reading all these reviews about your staff and still not doing anything . Either train your staff better or hire better staff. It’s not fair the paying customers have to deal with attitude everytime we come here . It just makes me not want to come here which sucks because I like the ice cream but I can do without it , if it means I have to deal with horrible staff attitudes!!! Smh please do better this is a bad representation for the company !!

Went here for a Oreo blizzard & it was mostly vanilla ice-cream. Maybe 3 Oreo pieces found in said blizzard. You’re better off getting a pint of ice cream from the Stop n Shop across the street. More bang for the buck.

Love my strawberry sundae even though they don't give me extra strawberries on the side anymore .fries and chicken sandwich (could use more mayo tho) are pretty good .staff always pretty friendly .Take my kids all the time.Great place to dine outside at in the Summer ?.Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring your kids.
ALL the Workers lacking proper customer service very nasty with an attitude I almost threw my ice cream in their faces no wonder it was Empty I say revamp all of them or your business will be going down
Makes me sad to think of Dairy Queen in this matter due to always being a Dairy Queen fan I will no longer be eating at Dairy Queen due to the service tonight and the treatment that I receivedI was about to buy 1 mint and chip malt for myself and 4 shakes and 3 blizzardslarge family of boysFirst I went to the drive-thru and it was all dark it looked like it was closed because there was nobody in there the manager was very rude and told me she doesn't carry mint and chip maltsWhen I try to explain to her it was just a vanilla malt with me and chip ice cream she became very short and rudeNot only that but they made me drive back through the speaker when because it was closed nobody was there now I know why we will not be back there it's one thing when you won't take an extra step to make a different brand of molt but when you treat people bad it's the worst we won't be back and a lot of other people must feel the same because it was completely empty and dark whoever owns this or runs this better step up soon or this place is going to go under I run a business and would not allow people to treat other people this wayI didn't just respect any of them I just said Thank you and left with my family too bad another restaurant close by served us ice cream with a smile thank you McDonald's

They seemd to be out of everything I tried to order. When I asked if I could receive a discount on it as it wasn't my top 3 choices "management" said no. I went across the street to McDonald's, spent less money, and had everything I was looking for. Terrible manager. I will never be back.

Was fast, they were very helpful. Even the cashier was new and the older staff helped him out. In the ice cream is good. The only downfall was the floor with slippery.
