I just got a pan pizza tonite with extra cheese and extra sauce and the meat lovers and it cameWith no extra cheese and no extra sauce and the guy told me the extra cheese was on the bottom of the meat and sauce .ok I’m done ordering from this spot ever again .thanks for the service maybe I should’ve got the pie for 799 and got 2 of those instead of getting a pan for 22 bucks and getting skimmed on the toppings since the workers don’t give u what u pay for ………

Decent tasting pizza ? is nothing crazy; purchased because there was a 50% off coupon ($11 total for a Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch) and other places I normally go were closed. I ordered online but chose to pay in person (Advise: look inside the box and verify your order). NGL, though... TMI, as soon as I finished eating, I was sent straight to the bathroom. To think, I even prayed for my food. IDK what their putting in that pizza. Good luck if you still choose to eat here; you might just need it.

If i could rate it 0 stars i would. They are so quick to call you and blow up your phone for you to come outside so you can tip, however if u already pretip they will leave ur food waiting outside in the cold without even leaving a text. also the sauces i paid for weren’t even in my order. they are lazy and don’t know how to follow simple instructions. this is why no one tips domino drivers anymore !!!

I ordered a Small Bacon Pizza and A Stuffed Cheesy Bread with a Diet Coke. Received the wrong pizza and had to send it back with the driver and never received the stuffed cheesy bread. Only thing that was right was the Diet Coke. Not very happy with my experience there and will NEVER order there again.

I walked in and was helped by Aaron who was very helpful. Lavon made my food and i watched him wash his hands a million times before he touch any food. Aaron offered to help me to carry the food out, i decline and he still helped by opening the door and telling me have a nice day.

On 12/24/23, I submitted an online order to Domino's pizza, #4012, 812 Highland Ave, Waterbury, CT 06708. This was my first time ordering food to my new address and also from this Domino's location. Instead of picking up my order, I decided to do a contactless delivery as I'm quarantining. I followed the domino tracker and text messages for when the driver would be close to my house. The driver never arrived. I called the store and I requested a refund, the person that answered the phone said that the order was delivered and he would have to verify with his driver, he said that someone probably took my order from my house. He did not take my contact info and I have not received an update. I've submitted two complaints to Domino's headquarters and have not heard back.

I ordered my pizza and it never came, then I called the store to let them know the situation, they said they tried calling me, but I never got the phone calls, they told me they would deliver my pizza and it would take an extra 20 minutes but then I got an email saying my order was canceled, so disappointed in this I couldn’t believe my eyes.
So I Recently ordered wings which was raw and they told me to order it extra crispy next time. I didn’t know raw chicken was on the menu. Also, again ordered 14 piece bbq wings a different day, and they barely put BBQ sauce on it. Some days are a hit or miss with them.

I ordered 2 pizzas an 6 sauces they didn't bring me the sauces and when I called they wanted me to go I gave them 10 dollars tip the manager said they don't refund money for the sauce but they do charge them I guess they don't care about feedbacks or good reviews
