This is the second order after I return first order everything bagel mini as the though was wet and and the chese is hard despite it is overheated in microwave or oven. in the second order cheae is burnt inside and the color turned into brown . I guess as thr drive true is busy, they cant handle it well and decrease the wuality of the foods

Not a great location. I tried to work here and the manager Jess was wildly mean, she should learn to relax a bit. Supplies are always missing and nearly every machine is broken in some way. One bathroom (for employees only) that was not cleaned the entire one month that I was employed.

I order my coffee as I often do but lately my coffee has had coffee beans left over on my drink. I told the SM about she said there’s nothing she can’t. I told she need to address it. She basically said there’s nothing she can’t do and walked away from me. If she is reading this. There’s something you can do. Ask your employees to open their eyes make sure all coffees are fresh and free of left over beans.
I ordered a grilled cheese & it tasted like cleaning supplies!! Very disappointed & disgusted. Paid almost $4.00 to taste chemicals. ??

I've never considered leaving a review for a dunkin but I've been here like 7 times and they've messed my order up all 7 times and 3 or 4 times they said they were OUT OF COFFEE?! 2 or 3 times they were out of hashbrowns and I've been there twice now where they were just closed when they were supposed to be open. Don't go here.
