Girls and guys are always friendly at this location wi c h I could say the same for that horrible dd on Meriden road. Nasty ghetto crew always closed early. Out of everything..horrible

I go to this Dunkin every single morning. This morning I go there to get my coffee with my brand new truck evidently the girl was too busy to make sure that the lid was on. Hands me the coffee and the majority of it spills in my cup holders and all over the gray interior of my truck which is only 2 years old. Opens up the window and hands me three napkins to soak up probably 12 oz of coffee. I had to ask for enough napkins to absorb the rest of it. So I call and ask to speak to the manager and she says I have to come back the next day. You mean to tell me she's not going to speak to the manager? People need to pay attention and make sure the lid is on when they hand the customer hot coffee I'm done going to this location. I'm calling corporate and they are going to pay to have my truck cleaned

DunkinThis is my favorite Dunkin' to stop it. I go nearly every day! The employees are very nice , fast and efficient. They know my order by heart, lol. This location was recently renovated so both interior and exterior are very nice. I highly recommend stopping by for your coffee fix.
Geeze! No customer service skills here! At least not with the shift working on a Tuesday after 5:00 p.m.! These young people need to learn how to make a customer feel welcomed! Honestly they're lucky I gave them 3 stars!

This places hires incompetent workers that find a way to screw up a simple order of an iced pumpkin coffee with 5 creams. What I received was a large coffee with 1 SHOT of pumpkin flavor and with sugar in it. Absolutely disgusting had to dump it. Then had to walk to a different location to get my coffee made right. Not returning.
