Every time I order from here, the order is wrong. I tried having sympathy the first few times and giving them the benefit of the doubt, but this place is Ran by a bunch of airheads. The order is right in front of your eyes, open them and learn how to read. Oh forgot, these workers need it spelled out for them. Will not continue to come here. And I would recommend everyone who does, take your money elsewhere.

Wait time is extremely long for no reason even when there is no line. Drinks are constantly messed up. I often get a broken cup. That leaks. If you can avoid this Dunkin on your way to work, do so if you don’t want to be late.

I sat at the speaker for over 20 minutes at this location. The two guys working waited another 10 minutes after all the cars were gone from the window to take my order. I then pulled up to the window and it took them 5 minutes to make a coffee that I did not order. I ordered a large ice coffee with 6 carmel swirls 5 liquid sugars and 2 creams they proceeded to bring me a large hot. I said it was an iced coffee. Took another 5 minutes to make the iced coffee and once I got it I was not made right and tasted disgusting. This Dunkin is constantly getting orders wrong. We need a better dunkin open 24 hours. ???

I am a regular customers here at DD. I can't tell you how many times they mess my cappuccino up. Sometimes I have to add sugar in because, my Carmel cappuccino doesn't have Carmel in it. I was there friday 0/19 complaining about my cappuccino I had to drink on 01/18. The shift leader (Satima) I believe that's her name, have no sense of humor, wasn't proactive enough how to resolve this situation without thinking that I just want a free cup of coffee. Unbelievable!! She ask for the recipient, which I understand. But ask me if I still have the cappuccino? I ask her, you expect me to kept the cappuccino for 24 hrs in my position and bring it back in order for you to fix it? She quoted, "Yes" I do not know how dump you have to be to say that to customers but apparently, you don't know how to do your job!! So I order my usual and the cashier was like you order a latte? So here we go again... messing up my order, because I didn't order a latte, I ordered a Carmel cappuccino. I also order plain mini bagels, when I get to work they weren't even plain... they have some kind of sprinkles on them. This location is definitely NOT recommended. You need better qualified candidates to run your DD if you want your business to be continued successful...

What can I say ….. the manager sucks ! She has a poor attitude & the way she speaks to her employees is disgusting! I don’t care what culture you are from respect is respect. I come here everyday out of convenience. There are always an abundance of customers waiting in line to be acknowledged while the crew is standing in drive through. The manager is standing in the midst of the chaos with no sense of direction. The customer service wouldn’t be so bad if the management was stronger & lead by example.

I love the fact that you can order ahead and get it without any wait. Although I don't like the new points rewards system, and the fact that they only have one type of caffeinated tea, it's still way less expensive than Starbucks and you don't have to make it yourselfWheelchair accessibility: Even though the doors are not automatic, the staff is right on top of helping out anyone who has a problem opening the door

I've noticed that the hot chocolate served here tastes more like hot water with just a hint of chocolate, rather than having a rich chocolate flavor. This has happened multiple times, which is why I am giving them a 2-star rating.

Thinking of asking for cream cheese on you bagel on a Saturday evening? Say goodbye to that dream. Union st Waterbury Dunkin’ Donuts has just succeeded in crushing my dreams of enjoying my bagel as they must think .05 microgram of cream cheese is sufficient. Inedible. Praying for the next poor soul who is considering enjoying a lovely bagel with cream cheese on a Saturday evening. -12/10 :(

I come to this location here n there but today a young lady i don’t believe I’ve seen yet there was so sweet and nice! (Had curly hair and a little accent to her voice). That location seems always busy but everyone is quick and polite as well as the gas station cashier.

The crew members here are not trained properly. There were three people working: one person was new the other two were not. Two of the crew members did not speak English. Charged me for an item I did not want. They did not know how to refund my money back. I have 2 small children and could not go inside which resulted in the drive through becoming backed up. This experience was a complete and total nightmare and the language barrier made it so much worse. I felt bad for the crew members, not being properly trained and not knowing how to provide the customer with a refund to correct their mistakes. If anything this is a reflection of poor training and managing skills. This took place between 6:30 and 7pm.
