I literally only come here because of the employee named Nicolas. He’s the BEST. He’s SO freaking nice and ALWAYS gives amazing customer service. This dunkin is out of the way for me and I literally make the extra trip because I know he will always make my day a little better. The very worst Dunkin ever. Never get ANYTHING right, people are dirty and ghetto and on drugs. Never give napkins...they don't even think about it because ghetto people never think about napkins because Mama couldn't buy them with foodstamps.

This morning I went to through the drive thru only to be told that I couldn’t pay cash for my coffee because they didn’t have change. Instead of giving me the coffee anyway, I was made to feel that this inconvenience was my own instead of what it was; the mismanagement of this location. Staff was rude and had they mentioned this bizarre situation in the first place, I wouldn’t have waited in line. Get it together you commie liberals!

All I asked was for 4 pumps of Carmel and extra almond milk. The color of the coffee is suppose to be light brown, like a beige. That is how I always get my coffee at any other dunkin. When I asked the man to fix the coffee at the window and add more almond milk and stir the Carmel, all he did was dump the ice out and gave me a spoon to stir it myself. Incredibly poor service. I didn’t even drink the coffee. If I wasn’t in a rush I would’ve asked for my money back. A order so simple couldn’t be even done.
