The lady that took our order was rude as hell and she couldn't hear me, she was an elderly woman then she proceeded to give me an attitude to which I responded using my manners and humbled her. The ppl that were there were so loud it was a group of men and one woman, they weren't eating or anything but were super loud. Then this one elderly man thought it was ok to try and look at my child in a weird way so I had to check him smh. Go through drive through save the hassle

The amount of times I have this place another shot was way too many. I live in Middletown and I get my coffee there most mornings. I get my food at this dunkin and whenever I don't get a coffee they always every single time mess up my order. I simply ordered 3 doughnuts this morning and they charged me for 3 and only gave me 2. They just lost a customer, I'm over it. ?

When I was told my price at the speaker the woman said the change was $0.36 so when I got to the window she said it was $0.39 but I kept trying to tell her I have the three pennies and every time I said it she kept shutting the window it was very rude... I didnt understand why the manager standing next to her wouldn't tell her to take my pennies and she insisted on giving me back full change when she stated the wrong amount at the window. Very frustrating to have to deal with such aggression in the morning.
