Normally, get pot pie or chicken wings on Wednesday. Last week bought 2 pot pies. The inside was very dry. Not enough cream for the crust. Too tired to go back. Very disappointed

I was in the restaurant yesterday to get food for my father’s birthday. The food was delicious and the restaurant was neat and clean. However, I was most impressed with the staff. The young man at the counter talked with me while getting my order together (which was not a small one). Afterwards, he even asked me to wish my father a happy birthday! Was a great experience and the owner should be proud!!

Went thru the drive-thru and ordered 10-piece chicken meal ( which would include breasts, legs, thighs, and wings). Get home and bucket only included thighs and legs. The girl at drive thru never mentioned that at the time only had legs and thighs. Did not give option to either wait or order something else. That is totally unacceptable, you expect to get what you ordered and paid for. Also, the window at the drive thru was disgusting, not hard to maintain clean by cleaning when not busy. REALLY UPSET WITH SERVICE.

They do not know how to read and fill an order ?. I ordered threw uber eats two 3 PC boxes. They only sent part of one and wrong drink

As always I enjoyed the food I ordered, hot and tasty. I waited at the drive thru speaker for 3 minutes without getting acknowledged so I went into the store. The staff seemed blah, it was moderately busy but it still seemed to take way longer than necessary to put orders together with a few customers hanging out waiting for food. No was smiling and it seemed like the staff wasn't talking to each other. It made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

My wife and I stopped here recently. We waited at the counter a solid ten minutes. No one came to assist us. They were all busy waiting on the drive thru line. I guess I shouldn't have bothered to get out of my car and just driven thru with the lazy people. We left with no chicken and went to Longhorn steakhouse instead. Ignoring your customers? How's that working out for ya?
