I write this review to praise this Chef Boyardee and thank the great Ratatouille for bestowing up us the most noble and skilled burger flipping star... From this moment forward this chef should be inducted into the halls of bugger flipping fame for their mastery of the flipper and stand with the greats such as SpongeBob and Kel. My only regret after enjoying such a creation , a creation that exited my pallet, quelled my hunger and fed my heart is not knowing the identity of such a dedicated and talented chef. A master of the grill, a disciple of the flip , destined for pie in the sky greatness...

It took me like 80 seconds to get thru the drive thru, and it was busy. Correct order and hot and fresh and nice people. I give an 11 out of 10.
I asked for a milkshake - half vanilla and half chocolate. I’ve had this made at this McDonald’s many times but this particular manager just simply didn’t want to give it to me. Instead of telling me he didn’t want to make it he goes ahead and just makes a chocolate shake with out the vanilla. I ask for a refund because that’s not what I asked for. He doesn’t want to give me a refund because apparently the register in the back was too far for him to walk, that’s literally what he said. He gives ridiculous excuses as to why they can’t make it. I mean what’s the big deal about filling up a cup halfway with chocolate and then halfway with vanilla? Why is this so hard? If they couldn’t make it they should say so when I’m paying not just come up with their own substitutes and expect me to pay for it. This dude was rude and said nothing that made any sense. If you have a special request it’s not guaranteed you’ll get it after you pay for it. They happily take your money but don’t want to give you what you ask for.

The app says 24 hours and so does the Google page, so does it say on their store. I have tried at this location multiple times but if you try to order before 6 AM, they will come up with an excuse every single time no matter what employee. “We just closed”, “we actually don’t open until 4:30”, “the grill isn’t on”. Do they actually ever work??

The service car was full, but it seems that the employees did not want to go out to deliver orders that they knew would delay the line. We were stuck between the cars for more than 20 minutes for 2 pumkin pies ?. By the way, they're delicious ?.

In my opinion (I've lived in this area my whole life) this would be one of the better choices in Waterbury with the other being the one on Reidville Drive. For some reason the drive thru at this location is always long but the actual wait isn't too bad. When any McDonald's is real busy they all have a drive thru that is ridiculous. This is a clean, friendly and overall decent McDonald's for what the franchise has become these days. Enjoy your overpriced repetitive boring McDonald's. ?♀️?♀️

i went during the evening around 5:30pm because the one on wolcott st was packed. i like that they added a two way drive thru but whoever was taking the orders just did not know what i was saying at all. first of all, i couldnt use my app drive thru code because apparently it was already used (it literally wasn’t) and secondly, i was trying to order two large quarter pounders with cheese meals with dr pepper and sprite & for some reason she just did not understand at all that i wanted the meal and not just the quarter pounders. i said it three times and instead of what i wanted, it said on the screen & receipt quarter pounder only with cheese. i had to go back around and order the two large fries and when i went home, we opened our quarter pounders and saw it wasnt even cooked properly, the meat had bits and pieces that were pink.

I just parked my car after ordering through the drive through this morning, I don't mind waiting especially knowing the food will be hot. The servers came out like the polar express waiters in a line to serve a line up of cars waiting complete with their safety vests with clean trays that were fully & neatly stacked with condiments with the bags neatly placed a top the tray. The items in the bags also neatly arranged, even the breakfast biscuit neatly placed within a tightly sealed cardboard biscuit box☺️How lovely ???⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐five star service great management going in her at Chase Avenue
