Place was clean. Staff was friendly & efficient. Price was absolutely ridiculous. $11.26 for a small (half) sandwich. The top half of the bread was fairly soft, while the bottom half of the bread was hard & bordering on stale. Was at a small, family owned deli the other day & paid $8.25 for a bigger sandwich that was better. Won't go back. Can get a whole sandwich for the same price elsewhere.

I don't buy lunch out much anymore finding it hard to justify $15 on a taco meal or a burger & fries & guilt. When I get a fresh sub or salad from Nardelli's, I'm happy and full off of healthier great tasting food. It's just as fast! I usually don't have time to eat there but it's well maintained, stocked with options from snacks to dessert and a friendly staff. My go to is a seafood salad wrap but there's nothing like the Italian grinder. On a controlled day, lol, that's my lunch & dinner! Hope to see you there, in passing

I went in for 2 canolas . I wanted to know if they would fill them fresh for me. I was willing to wait. They talked me into purchasing 2 that were already filled. They said the shells would still be crunchy. 4 hours later I had one, it was mushy, so was the other one. I called and spoke to a woman named Elyse. She said she was the manager. She told me next time they would put the cream on the side and give me the shells. I asked if I was going to have to pay for it. She said yes.Her and another employee just lied because they didn’t want to do it for me. I asked for her manager and she wouldn’t tell me. She told me to call Naugatuck. I did, I spoke to Stacy, a manager over there. This woman couldn’t be nicer. How a manager should be. Let me go to her location and get 2 desserts at no charge. I spoke to Mr Anthony Nardelli about it and he was very helpful in trying to resolve it for me by reaching out to that store owner who he did communicate with about the situation. I called him once and we didn’t talk. Owner of that location is Stewart. Don’t know last name. The man never bothered to contact me. Other owners need to be aware of this.

I have been debating about going here for a good while but im very picky with my sandwiches. However OMG sooo good the price for the sandwich when u look at it u go ennhhh idk but when you get that sandwich you know its worth every cent. My hubby wanted a full one and was seriously surprised about how big they are,the taste is amazing the flavors were combined so great.The service was unbelieveably patient and kind because we had never been there we were taking our time. Honestly from begining to end and a tummy full..i would give 10 stars if they had it thank youKid-friendliness: Very family oriented environment looking at the pictures make it seem as if you've known them for a long time.
