I have been ordering every couple of weeks from Scott Road Pizza through Slice app for a few months now. It’s decent pizza. I like the crust it’s crunchy and my husband likes the cheese they use.Unfortunately after today I will no longer be ordering from them again. I authorized a charge on my credit card for a certain amount of money~ they took it upon themselves to charge my card more money than I authorized (due to an increase in price that was not updated on the Slice app) no phone call, no email , no nothing~ just decided to charge my credit card more money than I authorized!!! Ugggh i’m so aggravated!I actually feel violated.As a small business owner myself , I am honestly quite sick of small businesses thinking they can get away with unethical practices like this since the pandemic started. Sadly over $2. it’s not the money it’s the principal!! I will no longer be ordering from this establishment Again!I will also be reporting them to my credit card company or Better Business Bureau. I just cannot believe the audacity!

This pizza has a sweet weird taste that is nothing that reminds me of actual pizza. All I could think of was do they put sugar in their sauce? Go to Vitos, he has regular tasting pizza.

Ordered food today, i live 9 minutes from the place door to door, 30 minutes in i get a call from the delivery driver asking for a $5 tip because his "boss" called and told him to charge $5 if the address was 6 minutes or more, i called the place and his boss assured me that he did not tell the driver to charge an extra $5, food was nasty, the chicken parm had no flavor and the sauce was chunky, the steak and cheese had enough salt to give at least 13 people hypertension, the pizza was ok ill give them that one, oh and i was grateful for the 12 crinckle fries each grinder came with, between the drivers sketchy story and the food, im not ordering from this place ever again.

I placed an order and was charged $30,waited 45 min and was notified it could not be delivered and would be credited. Looked at the account no credit. I called and was told to wait a day for it. Not happy.I would give them a Negative star

It's a shame that these people have no idea how to run a business because they have one of the BEST pizzas in town .On several occasions i called for a pizza and had to go somewhere else because of phone issues ( not answering) or they didn't bother to open on time .Horrible way too start a new business .

If you are going to be in the area, pack a lunch...Ordered 2 grinders and 2 buff chicken mac n cheese. Grinders were meatball parm and chicken parm, made with mozz cheese (whattt?). Chicken was flavorless, meatballs were falling apart and dry, and even the sauce was dry and chunky.Seemed like the last ladle of a batch of sauce the whole day old. They did throw in about 13 crinkle cut fries, but no plates, napkins, or utensils (i did forget to ask).Mac n cheese had canned chicken, grey and black on corners, and no signs of buff sauce except for a few small pools of orangey oil. Looked more like a seafood alfredo. My associate ate some of his and regretted it, i did not try mine. 16$ plates btw.
