I used to love Starbucks (when i lived in NYC) not sure if it's location or they are in need of stepping up their game. It's just not worth it's price anymore. Nevertheless, it beats Dunkins lol but i think I'll stick to Organic coffee and creamers i could make at home to-go for pennies on the dollar and a healthier choice. Service at most and this Starbuck is usually pleasant and a clean environment, so that accounts for those 3 stars.

For me, as someone who is frequently in need of a meeting spot easily accessible from a major highway, this Starbucks location certainly does the trick in the Waterbury area. In the world of Starbucks franchises, this one offers ample parking, good seating and an overall "clean," modern, recently renovated vibe. Coffees and food are standard "Starbucks" quality. Staff is friendly, efficient and speedy.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I typically frequent Starbucks but this by far was the absolute worst experience. The staff were not friendly and did not even want to take my order. Poor service. The fact that Starbucks is going through so much in the media you would think the staff would be a bit more friendlier. Please retrain and do better.

I just waned to say that the morning crew are amazing, fast and kind! Which is nice to get that kind of service in the morning when you are on the go! The store manager didn't seem like they wanted to be bother when I came in but luckily the rest of the staff welcomed me with happy smiles and made my order correctly. That is why I gave the place 5 stars due to the morning staff!

Terrible experience. They denied that they have dark roast when they can do a pour-over. I asked for brown sugar, and the girl said they don’t have any when it’s behind her; I had to point out that it's behind her. I also asked for ice water, and they only gave me ice. When I requested 5 packets of brown sugar, they forgot, and when I asked again, they were rude and only gave me 3 packets. I don’t want to waste my money in a place that would treat minorities as if our money is not worthy. Never again; we have other coffee shops that would appreciate my business.

Whoever Natalie is that was working 11:40 AM, 11/13/23! She has the worst attitude, Not only Is this the third or fourth time I have experience this behavior from her she continuously for absolutely no reason has the nastiest attitude, this type of behavior shouldn’t be allowed and NATALIE shouldn’t be in customer service at all. Maybe a maintenance position will be better for her or even her working at Burger King so she can have it her way.

Everytime I go to the Starbucks on West Main Street I'm totally disgusted. They never have dark roast the do sometimes a pour over but my coffee is always cold. This branch us horrible.
