As a disabled person, the ability to have someone make my coffee/tea to my specifications is fantastic. Plus the barista made my hot sandwich and brought it to my seat without being asked. So of course I tipped them. The food was fresh and warm and my beverage was at the perfect temperature and made exactly how I wanted it. Although it's not a true Starbucks, being inside of Barnes and Noble, it was actually better. In my humble opinionWheelchair accessibility: Was helped to get in the store, helped at the counter and they provided table service

I recently got granded visits every Saturday for a few hrs .. we enjoy lounging and reading at Barnes and Nobles and star bucks.but They keep calling my son retarded that's not a 5 star behavior they should get fired I will no longer spend my money in that location . Thanks . Are u guys looking for a replacement .
