Whoever works the first shift at this locations deserves something. Breakfast and lunch until about 11 11:30 is always perfect and the service is top notch.Whatever happens after that good luck. Just wanna shout out the first shift at this location. Professionals

The only reason this place got one star is because I had to do it. If it was up to me this shit hole of a place would get a -5 starts. I went to order a party box on the drive through and the cashier Alexanderia told me to park the car to wait for my food. The purpose of the drive through is to get your food and go. Not wait 10 minutes, which is what I waited until I had to go inside to get my money back. The thing is while I was waiting they were taking other orders and serving other people. I don't understand the logic here but this place has no customer service and then they get mad when you ask a question like they are bothered that you asked. I would never come to this place again. I can spend my money elsewhere and who ever read this please don't waste your time going to that shithole.

Good food, great costumer service . Time wise they tell you to hold on instead of taking your order as soon as you get in. They are way too slow and on top of everything made me pull took 10 more mins and got the order wrong. Also the tacos had a lot of sour cream not a normal amount literally! I’m upsetting because I like taco bell.

Food was horrible. Barely lettuce on tacos. The tacos were soggy. Some of the food tasted old. Just horrible. Spent $25.00 and it was a waste. Never again. Would not recommend.

My wife and I visited the location on Chase Avenue, Waterbury, CT My wife wanted to go inside to order, when she went inside she went to the counter to order and was told she had to use their automated system. She didn't know how to work with it and got frustrated and left. We went through the drive through and the person taking orders at the drive-through sounded very high on weed or something. No "welcome to Taco Bell" or "how can I help you", no "please", "no thank you", customer service at that location SUCKS at best. We placed our order and when we got our food it wasn't quite cooked all the way, and my wife's Coke didn't have any ice in it. When I asked for ice the stoned kid said "we don't have any ice. Didn't offer an explanation why. All the employees looked like they were partying in the kitchen. I have lost faith in our younger generation. No manners, no politeness, just a bunch of entitled brats who could care less for Taco Bell Customers. Food is expensive these days for no reason, and people want to make sure they get what they pay for. I can't blame people for getting angry. What a POS operation on Chase Ave. in Waterbury, CT. Done with Taco Bell!

I went here last 8/29/23 night at 10 o’clock at night and they were extremely busy. They had a lot of people through the drive-through. They had a lot of people ordering for pick up or on the machine they have to place an order in the establishment. I waited for someone to come to the counter for 10 minutes and No one approach the counter so I decided to be considerate and try to use the order food machine that was in the establishment for the first time and I placed the order they made the order they gave me the order and I looked in the bag to make sure I had everything and the two tacos that belong to the meal I ordered where at the bottom of the bag so I had no choice but to touch the rapper of the hard taco because it was at the bottom of the bag. I informed the employee that I wanted them to be soft tacos not hard tacos because My Husband had his tooth pulled she made a comment and erratic hostile manner. Why didn’t I press the soft taco on the order machine in the establishment? I informed the coworker that I was my first time ever using the machine and I don’t have one of those machines where I work at because I work in the food industry and the only reason why use the order machine in the establishment was because they were busy inside and through the drive-through. I asked if she could replace the hard tacos for the soft tacos. She said no because I touched it but I did not open the wrapper to the hard taco I did not look inside the hard taco. I left it completely wrapped up. I explain to her that if I was to have that demeanor to a customer where I work at My Boss would have a field day if I spoke to the customer, the way she was speaking to me. Highly unprofessional and then she got so frustrated she went to attack me and her coworkers had to hold her back from coming to the other side of the counter and I called the police because I don’t know why somebody would be so hostile over something that is so little when all I was trying to do was be considerate because they were busy. I don’t know why they couldn’t just take the hard tacos and give me soft tacos. And it was free taco Tuesday I just didn’t know how to redeem it. I hope taco Bell pulls the camera and gets this issue resolved

There were a number of customers waiting in the lobby for their food and yet the employees were laughing and joking around in the kitchen doing EVERYTHING but working on orders. I've had bad experiences here in the past and will definitely think twice about coming back in the future.
