Louis close the dining room almost a hour early and didn't give me the price for me wanting to sit in smfh don't come here they ain't right because he wants to leave .... Go to chilli they treat you right there some body needs to look in to this doors lock at 11:30 smfh only Waterbury

Really only had the appetizers, which weren’t all that. Bartender took much longer than necessary making the drinks, but our waitress did provide excellent service.
Server was nice unfortunately was a cowboys fan lol food was ok only thing I didn't enjoy was my lemon drop it was horrible tasted like spoiled water and as if someone farted on the cup before making my drink not sure if the drink wasn't made right or cup wasn't cleaned properly but it was horrible and completely turned my stomach I told my server but she insisted it was because they didn't have fresh lemons she poured a bunch of sour lemon juice in it an made it worst and she didn't offer an alternative drink although it was clearly horrible so I just paid and left to a cleaner bar down the street I most def won't be back to this location

We had dinner at TGI Fridays tonight-haven’t been here in many many years. Admittedly we first went to Chili’s in the same location but there was a 30-45 minute wait. We were seated quickly and noticed there were very few people there. We were given menus right away and not too long after a waitress took our order. Unfortunately we waited quite a while for our meal. I noticed our waitress was also working at the bar so doing double duty. Our meal was just ok. Hamburger ok, Caesar salad ok but grilled chicken a bit dry. Music was very loud- much too loud. We had to wait quite a while for a bill- explanation was it had gotten lost. I understand restaurants are still recovering from the Covid outbreak and understand this and many restaurants are under staffed and under appreciated. While our experience wasn’t the best, I do understand they are doing their best.

I ordered sizzling chicken and shrimp. The plate came out sizzling but the chicken was bland the peppers and onion couldn't even help it. The shrimp had a very weird taste and aftertaste. I always have a bad experience at this TGI Fridays but my daughter wanted to come here. The Best thing of our whole experience was our server. She was amazing. This picture was taken after i ate the half the chicken just couldn't eat anymore of this horrible meal.
