Wow! What happened to this location, it used to be a good store. Constantly closing lobby because they're understaffed?! They stand around, with a half made coffee in their hands, talking to each other, no sense of urgency. It's frustrating to watch but explainable why they aren't able to handle drive thru and lobby. Not good for business. Hello Dunkin!!

Starbucks; the best drinks in townI go to Starbucks and buy a drink at least twice a week! When I walk into the building I am immediately greeted with the smell of fresh coffee, warm cookies, and a hello from the barista. The vibes inside Starbucks are amazing and the kindness and energy from everyone around is amazing. When I am handed my Strawberry acai lemonade refresher with light ice, my day is so much better. When I take the first sip it fills me with a feeling like a warm summer day and I get a cool rush of happiness. . The sweet lemonade and strawberries mixed together makes an amazing taste combo. Even though the price is known to be way to high and expensive, the result is so worth it!

Picked up my order and the barista asked me while I didn’t pick my order up earlier that I placed and it got thrown out. I was really caught by surprise . The baristas name is Gabby. She told me someone with the exact spelling of my name ordering something similar to my order and never showed up. I have a common name and was really thrown back by the conversation she started with me. Please educated your serves on how to treat clients .

Took forever in the drive thru for my drink and it wasn't how I ordered it. The guy even repeated my order (again 1 drink!) And they didn't get it right.

Not sure on their system or if they even have one but they are slow. They may even want to get the drive thru employees to help make drinks. They can't take any orders while waiting for staff to make their drinks so let them help instead of standing there doing nothing while the others are making drinks, food and taking orders.
