i have been to bartaco a few times now and i always have a great experience! i went with my dad and sister earlier today and got the new cauliflower pistachio rice bowl and a couple of mushroom tacos. i’m SO glad they have tasty vegan options. kiki was super helpful and made great suggestions! highly recommend :)

We love the food! The glazed pork belly tacos are off the chart! Everyone is super nice. It gets a bit loud, so perhaps perfect if you are on a first date and don't know what to talk about. ;)

Kept getting told at the door “it’s just going to be another 15 minutes”, an hour later after multiple inquiries as to when our table would be ready we finally got sat. When our food came it was lukewarm at best. A member of our party ordered two duck tacos and only after MULTIPLE inquiries as to when they were coming he finally got them right as we were about to leave. The tequila flight that was ordered also did not come with the sangria which was stated on the menu. Food was decent but would not come back.

Food was good, wait time was almost an hour. We got our drinks super good. Food was room temperature at best. A little disappointed in the freshness as the majority of our food wasroom temp but tasted good. Our friends’ tacos were missing, despite the rest coming out rather quickly. We felt like we were causing an inconvenience for asking about it. Our friend ordered a flight and didn’t get sangria as stated on the menu. Our fault I suppose for choosing a Friday night to try a new restaurant. Will definitely stick to the safe choices closer to home next time.

Delicious tacos, quick and friendly service. Online ordering is slightly confusing, but the servers are very helpful. Not terribly expensive, especially considering the area and how good the food is.Vegetarian options: There's a cauliflower taco, a mushroom taco and falafel taco. My brother is vegan and he loved all of them!Wheelchair accessibility: On the ground floor and surrounded by well maintained sidewalks. Aisles between tables are thin, but should be able to fit a wheelchair.

The food was very tasty. I loved the salsas. The various taco flavors that we ordered were great. The only reason my food rating wasn't 5 stars is because the last few tacos we had were borderline cold. Which surprised me because we were there on a Monday evening, and not very busy. Atmosphere rating of 4 stars is just a personal opinion. It's not a 5 star atmosphere for me personally. The atmosphere is very nice. It's probably a 5 star for many other people. The service was excellent. No complaints about service at all.

This place is awesome. Great service, great food, and always amazing vibes. As expected, it could be. A it crowded on the weekends, but wait times are surprisingly good if you have a small group. We had plenty of tacos, chips, and drinks. Service was cracking jokes with us, and made us feel special. Some of the tacos may have an unexpected spice kick to them, so be prepared for that. I personally love spice so I loved it. Their online ordering service is convenient and easy to use. Bartenders are skilled and friendly. I'd come back for sure.Parking: Paid street parking available but sort of hard to come by since West Hartford is a busy popular area. Parking lot around back that I didn't see, but I belive it's free. I could be wrong since I didn't use it.
Great food, great service, fun atmosphere. The waitress suggested we try a special taco and offered to refund us if we didn't like it. It was a winner and we ordered more. Margs are great also.

This establishment is beyond the best place ever. Kevin, Kevin & John go above and beyond to always help me any time I’m there and make sure I am okay with my food allergies. It’s so hard for me to dine out & they make the experience 10/10 every single time. So much so that we drive an hour away just to get bar taco a few times a month from that specific location. The food is phenomenal the atmosphere is great & this is a must go to!

My gf and I (both over 21) were looking to get some tacos, we don’t drink and we said this. Regardless we were pulled aside and had our IDs analyzed for a minute or two, the bouncer seemed skeptical but hesitantly allowed us to…eat tacos. Funny as there was a toddler and newborn sitting at the table next to us. Then on the way out as I was ahead holding the door for a group entering, the bouncer calls out my gf and tells her she’s real lucky he didn’t take her ID and that she should thank him. Classy guy you have representing your business!Edit: I look at my bank statement… I’m being double charged. I paid cash, tipped 20% cash, and I’m being charged on my card with an automatic 18% tip because they are treating it as if I didn’t pay. Plus a $1.00 fee for their online payment system, I wish I could give negative stars. $30 in tacos is now $80, and it was a horrible experience.
