I’ve order food through grub hub and Uber eats on multiple different occasions. yet every time I do I get a estimate arrival time and then the food never gets made or delivery cause they “restaurant” never gets the order. Then I call and the employees are completely useless in trying to figured the issue out! Needless to say I’ve waiting over an hour for a meal that was never prepared and no notice no one informed me the food never went through just bad service on both parts??

I keep driving by this place, Bonchon, and hadn't stopped in till last night. What a refreshing and diverse little Asian fusion Culinary treat! I sat down, was given a menu, and was immediately amazed at the selection. The theme seemed to be Korean, but Japanese appetizers and chicken wings were prominent! I ordered the beef bulgogi, and was so satisfied.String beef and veggies over soft fresh rice in a scalding hot pot. I also had some delicious American Cole slaw.I will definitely be back, as it's easy to find , right next to Trader Joe's in the Corbin's Corner Shopping area!Parking: right out front

Honestly great place with a good atmosphere and service. I've gone twice with friends and both times are food was hot, the servers were accommodating, and the prices aren't all too bad. Expect a third visit sometime down the line, love the Korean BBQ. Only downside is having to go through all the traffic to get there but I certainly can't blame that on them.

BonChon was absolutely delicious. 10/10 food, atmosphere and experience. I'm very interested in Asian cuisines so this was the spot to really indulge in Korean food. I loved it. I say thank you BonChon! You did not disappoint me at all. PS: my girlfriend actually told me about BonChon months ago last year and I was finally able to try it out. Thank you!
Ordered food from their website. Missing half the order. Restaurant refused to refund or redeliver the food. By the time we even tried to go near the food that was delivered it was cold. First time getting food here, will likely be my last as it was such a poor experience.UPDATE: contacted DoorDash directly, they were willing to process the refund once they received the okay from the restaurant. When they called the manager on duty, Ricky, refused the refund. I contacted Ricky again and he did nothing to rectify the issue. As a fellow restaurant manager, this was a HORRIBLE experience .

I haven't received my food yet as I just placed the oder but I'm a little turned off. She asked me about sauce. I asked could I have it on the side as this is my first time here and I have no idea what the sauces taste like and she told me NO. I'm like so that's $15 that can be wasted because if I order it and don't like it then I'm stuck with it. She just shrugged her shoulders. I pray the sauces are good but geesh, if it's something that's not liked by the consumer you're pretty screwed.Got my food and it was NOT hot. I ordered as a walk-in/take out. The girl who took my order wasn't the friendliest. She walked passed me a few times and approx 10mins later she said oh you had and said the name it was under and then placed the bag on the counter. There was long black hair all over the bag. I looked inside and didn't see any hair and just removed the food from the bag. That's when I realized it wasn't hot. She allowed my order to sit and wait for quite some time before letting me know it was ready and so it was cold. I'm home and its just sitting in the box. I no longer want it and will be finding an alternative. Since unread from other reviews their horror stories, I won't be back to this one and may give the one in New Haven a try.
