To me, the best local bagel chain in the area. Lox Stock & Bagel is also great, but I can't walk there. This location is close to me, in the heart of West Hartford, and just makes good bagels! Definitely a good Sunday morning stop to grab something for you or the family!

I normally go every morning but today there was a new worker there and she had a nasty attitude then made me wait like 20 min for one bagel then she goes outside before I get my order to smoke a cigarette

I came in w my daughter and I was appalled at what we saw, a roach ran across poor lanecyns foot and bit her!!When I brought it to the staffs attention the young lady at the counter laughed and asked if I wanted to add the"protein" to my sandwich (I had ordered a plain bacon egg and cheese with tomato) I was shocked. My daughter is down syndromed and she doesn't like bugs so imagine the true terror she had witnessed when that same roach crawled up her leg. My poor special baby was traumatized. In return we ask for $100 for the stress and trauma but they turned us down.

Bagels are great but pick up service needs work. I placed an order through grub hub. Got the notice that it was ready. Got to the store and waited 10 min for anyone to acknowledge me . I could see what I thought was my order behind the counter. There were about 3 of us waiting to pick up. We waited patiently for someone to look at us. So a 30 sec pick up took 10 min. Faster than the line but no reason it should take that long. Staff seems very inexperienced and manager is not on top of how to run an efficient operation.

While I was not asking for anything, they worked hard to resolve this issues and I changed my review as that is a sign of a business that made a mistake and is working to ensure something does not happen again.Review from 3/17: Hadn't been to Bruegger's for a while. I went there on Friday and got a bagel with turkey, lettuce and tomato. Got back to my office and was amazed to see 1 piece of turkey on there. I used to always think they put too much. Guess that has been solved by putting 1/3 as much as I would do at home. Maybe it was a bad day?

Coffee is not good, do not recommend If you get peanut butter make sure u ask for extra and they will charge u because they do not give you nearly enough I got the fan favorite bagel Siracha honey sunrise and it was decent, bagels are kind of small Will not be returning

I love bagels right now and there's a pack in my refrigerator I have asiago bagels. they put anything on a bagel you want vegetables and meats. I'm a veggie guy I love this spot they close early though you got to get them by 6pm I believe. I wish they stay open later. I guess in the summer time. Let's see what happens.this is a great place.
