I haven't ventured to cheesecake factory in a while and was shocked that it was so empty when we arrived. It was 230 on a monday so that would probaly explain it ?. We sat at the bar and were greeted by mike, a very kind, attentive bartender whos energy was infectious. Happyalways smiling and was genuine great human being To interact with. Ordered the avocado egg rolls, and basil mozzarella flatbed which both arrived in a promptly manner (about 15 minutes from ordering) . Tap sam Addams summer ale was great, had a grand margarita which was just perfect . The avocado egg rolls with the dipping sauce is literally why I can't keep to my diet..they are soooo good, perfectly crispy and cooked to temp. The Flatbread was nicely toasted but not over cooked or burnt, smelled delicious and my husband gave it the thumbs up and devoured it all.

I been to the west Hartford restaurant before the food was amazing but last night was horrible. Everything was soaking with grease and falling apart. My daughter chicken Alfredo pasta was overcooked and we sent it back. When we got home she vomited the whole thing up. It was the worst experience I had in a establishment ever I will not be back.

Pretty much an apple bees with a massive menu and tons of refrigerated cheese cakes but with the cost of a 4 to 5 star restaurant. 17 to 20$ drinks that barely have anything in them.. got chicken n asparagus and even the guy sitting next to me said ew to my meal lmao

It was super full, we waited around 45minutes and we arrived at 4:45pm. But it was worth it because our waiter MARCUS was very nice and attentive. Our dishes were exquisite as always. Chicken Teriyaki with white rice and vegetables. For me Shrimp basketball with fries and coleslaw salad. The bread and avocado eggrolls, exquisite. For dessert, carrot cake and MARCUS sang happy birthday, it made us feel very good.

Food was great. Service was spotty. After we had a great dinner, we had to wait over 12 minutes to get our cheese cake order, which was odd since there was a line out the door.I won't rush back since the wait was very very long for dinner.

Not what it used to be. Food is mediocre, service non-impressive. Everything is overpriced. There are better, fresher & healthier options around…go to New Haven. Cheesecake Factory seems to have run its course.

The restaurant is beautiful, the service was good. The food, however, was disappointing. I had the enchiladas, while my wife had pasta alla carbonara. The enchiladas were tasty, but over-decorated with layers of different cheeses and sauces. It was hard to taste the enchiladas themselves. My wife's pasta alla carbonara wasn't. I don't know what the sauce was, but carbonara it wasn't. It tasted okay if a bit bland. Very disappointing. The chocolate cheesecake for dessert was small and a bit bland. It tasted okay, but I was expecting more from a restaurant named for cheesecake. And of course, it was expensive relative to the quality of the food. We will probably not return.
