Absolutely disgusting. Whole place disgusting. Employees gave me attitude when they made my bowl wrong, and they only filled half the bowl. Dirty, lazy, stupid employees. Here is my bowl that i ordered chicken with, beans with, extra cheese with, and extra corn with.

The reviews are accurate the workers barely keep items stock and have a bad attitude with serving you. The oven in the back looks dirty and the rice was not finished smh, this place need a quality check the girl checking out takes pride while the men serving barely want to do it

I waited an hour for a quesadilla & a burrito bowl & the inside wasn’t packed or anything. When I walked in after an hour to pick up my food it was missing a quesadilla & they refused to make it for me. Also my burrito bowl wasn’t even made correctly. Don’t come to this location ever in your life please. I beg of you.

I’ve been waiting for an hour for my food. Doordash said 16minutes, and yet they still haven’t even prepared it. They also have no cheese atm and I ordered a quesadilla, they have one cook doing all the orders, I’m just horribly shocked that this is the kind of service we are getting here. It’s not okay.

Rude staff, period. Parents and managers not teaching these kids basic human decency. And they are dirty here. Had a hair in my food that I started to take a bite out of. I was so disgusted I just threw the whole thing away. I should have taken a photo but just look at the other reviews here with photos to prove. It was my first and last time at this location. $17 for trash food and lack of basic customer service.

Ordered double for everything on 2 bowls, was charged and paid thru the app. Didn't receive double ANYTHING. Called the store and the automation wouldn't even connect. Said I had to respond thru the need help section in the email. It's unfortunate because you spend that much money, you expect to get what you paid for.
