Very disappointed with the service at Corbin’s Corner Chipotle across from Westfarms mall. I bought two bowls to-go at 8:30pm and the location is open till 11pm. Both of the bowls were missing ingredients that I ordered. Food was cold which also doesn’t make sense, and I picked up my food exactly when they said it was ready. One of my bowls was chicken pastor and I could count the pieces of chicken that they put in my bowl. It seems like every time I get food from this location to go they mess up or don’t add everything to my order. If something was unavailable it’s common courtesy to let the customer know.It’s unfair and a waste of money. Why have to-go as an option if you aren’t going to properly pack the food? And then I tried to call and can’t get anyone on the phone. After it “transferred” me to the store I receive a message saying mailbox is full. In this day and age food is so expensive and it really sucks when you get cheated on your food and the quality of the food. I haven’t been to this location in maybe a year or two because of this issue but I guess this hasn’t changed.

So my burrito was very poorly wrapped. There was a bunch of stuff on the outside of my tortilla, and the aluminum foil didn't even wrap the burrito in its entirety. The distribution of the ingredients was pretty bad as well. Bowls are pretty average, but better than the burrito. Solid portions and quantity of meat tho.Vegetarian options: Meat is option, you can do veggie bowls or burritos.Parking: Large Plaza with plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, and ramp up to curb.

$50 worth of food ordered - half the food was made incorrectly, the other half wasn’t even in the bag. Pepper was only willing to give me coupons not my money back. On hold with customer service over an hour trying to get my money back. Which they still won’t give me. First time having Chipotle and I PROMISE YOU, it will be the last. Absolutely horrible.

The place was dirty. They had us waiting over 15 mins. Servers weren’t wearing gloves. We ended up leaving because of how dirty the counters were where the food was stationed. We weren’t even acknowledged.

This location needs some serious attention and help. It's always trashy. The employees are very rude. Constantly having attitude problems and making the wrong orders. The management should be ashamed of themselves. This Chipotle sadly doesn't deserve a star rating. I do not recommend this certain restaurant to anyone. It sucks!!

Went in for a chicken bowl, idk if the worker was new but a half scoop of chicken! Was not enough meat. Highly upset, i have 76% rice & veggies left in my bowl. I don’t know when this place started cutting back on the protein!

The black girls looked annoyed, rolled eyes when I asked for extra stuff. Took everything in me not to slap the girl. They suck. Worst service ever !
