Made a reservation for a birthday lunch for 8 people a few weeks in advance. When we arrived we found the restaurant was closed. No one canceled our reservation or contacted us to let us know.

Given two different menus when we got there and learned things on one we're no longer available and the waitress told us the website hadn't been updated in years... Took almost a half hour for burrata and a spinach salad to come out. Burrata came with one piece of burnt toast cut in half and then waitress came back with rolls that were not able to be properly used for the dish. The spinach salad was about 30 spinach leaves and a sprinkling of cheese and cranberries. Almost more cheese than spinach. Probably will not be coming back

Beautiful, sleek restaurant in the heart of West Hartford’s gem, Lasalle Rd. Accommodated our large group of 12 for a celebration dinner. Food, drinks, apps, dessert were fabulous, as was our server, Nadine.Parking: No fee for Sunday parking, plenty of on street or lot parking

I called and was told they weren't making any reservations for the day, so I asked if we could walk in and was told they were overbooked and not to try. I was on their website and they had plenty of time slots open, so I made a reservation on the site. For the entire 2 hours we were there, half of the restaurant was empty. When I asked the manager why I would have been refused a reservation over the phone when the website had slots open, the excuse was that they book the tables and people don't show. While he's talking i'm just looking around at an empty restaurant, finding it hard to believe that so many people didn't show for a reservation on a Saturday night. The food was good & our server was nice, but the experience left a sour note.

First timer, Sunday brunch. Rainy day not many people. Waited for a little bit since no hostess was there. Complimentary bread roll with oil was warm and yummy to start off the meal. We got carbonara $16, DW burger$14 , and 2 pancakes $8. Waitress heard my order wrong and thought I said dw lunch instead of dw burger, we didn’t realize until the order came out. Overall great meal with reasonable pricing for blue back! Happy hour things are different and portion is less. Brunch/lunch was well portioned!

I got an email about the promotion of 1/2 prices bottles of wine on Monday and Tuesday and I had to take advantage of it. Who can say no to 1/2 prices for wine. It was such a nice night for me and my wife and the wine was even better. Thank you!

Awesome experience, the octopus was delicious over crème sauce and bean ragout. We also had the carbonara and NY steak, both were delicious and the steak was perfectly cooked. Our server was very attentive.

The place is kind of outdated and doesn’t stand out from other bars in weha. And to be honest the couple behind the bar was a little unprofessional and handsy. The server I believe Anna was phenomenal and so attentive. I’d go back for her service and her service only. Hopefully they can clean the place up.

Good food and great cocktails. I had 2 gin based cocktails and both were great.Looking forward to visit again. Parking is street side so can get busy as this is in city center. Butternut squash ravioli was amazing!!!!

Nice place. Food was very rich but salt level is why I marked it down. My NY strip was cooked perfectly medium rare but drowned in salt to an extreme level. Servers were friendly and helpful and

Dinner with family the food was delicious. Octopus was perfectly tenders and juicy, butternut and mussels were to die for. My ribeye was cooked perfectly.!! The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable!!!

The food and the overall ambiance was nice. The hostess was friendly and welcoming. Waitress was professional and suggested a couple of things from the menu. Cheese cake was the best.

Pros: our waiter was courteous, helpful, and super sweet hence the two stars. Cons: the food was so bad. The worst calamari I've had. They were out of the roasted chicken (after I ordered it). I order a chicken salad and couldn't even eat it. It was just mush!! My husband had chicken ravioli which came without the chicken and there were 5 raviolis on his plate. The place is Overly bright and feels like a cafeteria. Never going back!!
