It's Domino's the food is what it is. It's all cooked through a infra red oven that cooks really well. It just rolls through on a conveyor belt and gets finished at the end. The prices aren't bad with the deal for pick 2 for 6.99. You can get alot of things for choices to feed the family or an easy date night at home.

We were staying at the Marriott, 1.8 miles away. We ordered pizza and breadsticks. The driver went to the wrong hotel then couldn’t figure out how to get to the right hotel. We called Doninos and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. An hour and forty minutes later we got the food. It was cold! I would never order from there again.

I only ordered something basic via their web site service, but the experience was one of the best I've had from a smartphone user point of view. (Not many places do a great job as far as this goes.) Parking appears limited, but I found lots of spaces around the back.Although the outlet was on the main drag and very accessible, inside it was very "work" oriented and efficient. I think they could make it a little more customer friendly. (COVID is effectively over, and we should be more sociable again. I like to see people face to face for most transactions.)The food was pretty good - although I can't really complain the attendant could have asked if I needed any further garnishes etc.Overall I still think they did a great job and highly recommend them.

I would absolutely never order from this store again; I have an allergy to onions raw or cooked, (granulated can be tolerated in moderation.) I order a BBQ Chicken Pizza with the specification of no onions, I also order a Buffalo Chicken Pizza (without the knowledge of onions being on the pizza.) before I could pull out of the parking lot I checked the pizza to find there were onions on the Buffalo pizza. I immediately called and was placed on a 6:00 minute hold. Still on hold, I just asked into the store and waited to be greeted, I was not. Finally someone called for a woman named Sarah. Sarah comes over and with a very snappy rude tone says “You ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza w/ no onions and a Buffalo Chicken Pizza. You got what you ordered.” That wasn’t at all the concern I came into to make. I simply came in to ask if there was anything that could be done as far as it being remade and I was very rudely turned down. I proceeded to still order the pizza to be remade over.I do not appreciate the rude tone used with me, the attitude and the eye rolling. It’s sad that people hate their jobs so much that they take it out on the people they’re supposed to be servicing. Absolutely DISGUSTING service.

I ordered pizza for an event. Placed my order at 10:45am. The pizza was supposed to be ready at 3:45. The Comapny charged my card, took my money and the pizza was not available nor could they find my order. Waited at the store for 40 minutes, they would not make my pizza unless I paid again. Customer service would not refund my money!

Like the 4th time my order was in error or missing items but whenever I would call the manager would fix the issues very promptly. Tonight I ordered as usual for me and my kids and dealt with the nosy disgusting attitude I’ve ever encountered at this establishment his name was Chris but he wasn’t the previous manager and when I asked for him he was so disrespectful in telling me he no longer works there. Them I proceed to ask for a manager he yells thru the phone across the room yo Zack she wanna talk to you I ain’t dealing with this. I’d love to speak to the GM because why would you want rude individuals handling your food

Ordered 53.00 worth of food at 10:00 at night from New Britain Ave. Needless to say I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. The dam Sandwich was over cooked to the point that the edges of the bread crust where cutting into my gums. So I took the sandwich back and tried to get another one less cooked and the employees insisted that the sandwich was fine and they where not going to do anything for me. Can you believe they wanted me to pay for another sandwich. I can tell you last time I ever order from this Dominos. Where do they get these employees. I guess they do not need my money, as I WILL take it elsewhere.

Horrible order, I paid for double cheese and extra meat for my steak and cheese which is dry and plain. Ordered a 2 liter Coke and received a sprite. Refund please
