It wasn't busy until I was in line trying to decide what I wanted. I went with the whoopie donut. It was delicious! There was no confusion with My coffee request, which was awesome.I was there around 2 pm. There was a great crew of friendly workers.Parking: It's in a strip mall next to other restaurants. I can see where it could be hard to find a parking space.
Disorganized and overly focused on mobile orders. While online to order a simple cup of coffee and egg and cheese on an English muffin the only person helping the line turned to fill mobile orders. These orders came in while I was on line which I could tell because of the ding and the immediate distraction. The coffee came out fine but then after 5 minutes the preparer had to ask me what I was waiting for and then another 5 min later I got the sandwich. I was very disappointed in the service.. I'll probably go to another coffee shop or dunkin in the future.

Very good group of people. The only downside is the plaza can get pretty cluttered and tends to get a little rowdy, but it's usually not too bad
