This place is always hiring new people and the new people don’t know how to make the drinks. The owner is a bad person and I will not support this. I used to love the drinks but now it’s so low quality and there’s barely any toppings when I order earl grey 3 j’s. Dont trust reviews without any words…

I'm not the biggest fan of Gong Cha's teas, but I HAD to go when I saw their gingerbread man cups all over social media. Definitely worth it. The cup was adorable and I was actually very pleasantly surprised by the taste of the gingerbread milk tea. You can't adjust the sweetness of this drink, and the sweetness was tolerable. The flavor was also very on point and tasted just like gingerbread. The drink itself was SO creamy, though, because of the milk foam. I would get this flavor again.

I've been meaning to get here for a while. The staff was extremely helpful to both me and my kids, given it was our first visit. With the various tea bases, syrup flavors and toppings, there are a lot of flavor combinations. We each got a different type of drink and enjoyed them. Pricing is on par with similar establishments. The atmosphere and seating are comfortable.Parking: The establishment has a small parking lot directly in front.

I love their tea! (Actually think this is like the best in the area) esp the fruit ones There are not many ppl in there ( like usually empty with ppl just coming in for pick up. But there's a spot that is separating you from other ppl so you can chat quietly without extra eyes and ears.(And there's no food if someone's wondering)Finally the staff is really nice!!Kid-friendliness: There's no alcohol so people get drinks for their kids as well

The reason the teas taste funny and if you’re getting sick afterwards is because the owner has specifically told employees not to pour out the teas at the end of the day and to re boil them the next day to serve to customers so he can save money. When I used to work there I would pour the teas out and brew newer fresh tea however the owner would get upset that we are wasting tea, the same teas that sit and ferment in those canisters all night and on top of it the canisters have not been properly cleaned since the opening of the restaurant so you can imagine the mold, build up, and grime that is stuck up in the spouts. As far as customer service I don’t know what is up with that but I can only imagine that the employees simply don’t care because of the hostile work environment and working for someone who doesn’t care about them. The owner has made it clear numerous of times that gongcha is his cheapest restaurant, makes him the least amount of money and that he doesn’t care for it as much as he cares for his other two restaurants. If you want good reviews and happy employees treat them right!!!

Owner stops in and disrupts the employees making orders, and two different drinks I've had in the last month made me sick to my stomach within 10 minutes. Seems like the place is poorly managed by the owner and seems like there's a new person behind the counter every day. Personally going to stop spending money here.

The bubble tea at this Gong Cha is personally one my favorites in the area, however, my experience at this location was extremely disappointing. I have personally witnessed the owner's behavior toward the staff and it is disheartening to see a place known for its friendly and excellent customer service fail to uphold those standards within its internal operations. The owner's, whom I believe also owns Black bamboo, behavior toward the staff is concerning. The manner in which the owner speaks to his employees reflects on his leadership style. It is unfortunate to see the LACK of professionalism and empathy.
